Friendly smiling staff – a rarity in Germany!
The staff is friendly but being offered an antibiotic cream just for a couple of pimples on my chin… c’mon! Luckily I was smart enough to decline them because I didn’t want to upset my chin microbiome any further… well what do you say – after doing a little research on the issue myself and simply upping my vitamin D intake, the problem was complete quickly gone within 3 days!
I just had an incredibly nice consultation from Mrs. Müller (straight brown hair, I hope it’s her – I took it from the receipt).
Super child-friendly and solution-oriented. In addition, I left something and she ran after me down the main street, because I was so perplexed I couldn’t really thank her. So thanks again and I hope this comment gets carried to her. 🙂
The employees were very friendly and helpful! Ordered part of the glucometer and it was in place by the end of the day!
Unfortunately they were not helpful when my wife had fever and needed medicine…
