Yesterday I picked up a bandage for my right arm. A young man gave me the pack without a word and I looked a little expectantly into listless eyes. I was surprised that nothing was explained to me or that I was given an introduction when I was getting dressed. That’s what I’m used to from my other regular pharmacy. I looked at the pack and was a little surprised. I couldn’t immediately tell that it was specifically for an arm bandage and not for a leg bandage. I ask the young man if it would also be for my arm. He obviously had a lot of trouble understanding me. He avoided answering by looking at the package. When I took a closer look, I was able to see that everything seemed to be correct. Then I asked the gentleman if I have to pay attention to anything when getting dressed. The reaction was: “Quite normal”. I noticed that the young man was overwhelmed with a customer conversation and went to my regular pharmacy with the bandage. They answered my questions properly there. Finally, I would like to emphasize that when it comes to health and medicine, it is important to be able to communicate with a competent person. In MAXIMO on Dahlenerstraße I felt absolutely alone. Never again! I will certainly advise my sick parents not to use this pharmacy.

Catastrophe the waiting times. Not recommended.. if I need advice I go to a pharmacy. At drive in I redeem a prescription. staff very unfriendly
