- Reviews:I came to this Target to pick up some TShirts that were sold out online but available in the store but it was incredibly difficult to shop this location. This store needs immediate assistance to help get it back in order. Everything was thrown everywhere…literally. I provided pictures because I just could not believe the conditions I witnessed. And they had PLENTY of staff and they were working on what looked like resets and returns. I’m not sure if this store has a Store Manager but I will apply! ????????♀️By Jasmine Valdez (9 months ago)Something is wrong with this location. It’s always so messy and nothing is ever in stock? Especially the makeup and hair care section. A lot of things are misplaced, not stocked. Whenever I’m in that section I try to organize the nail polishes and makeup because it looks like NO ONE does. This is the only target that has this issue and it’s the closest to my house. I try to avoid going to this one. Also the lines are a mile long when trying to check out especially on the weekends. I remember placing an order online for pick up and they were very behind, so I came to check and the gentleman was so kind and patient, even though I was one of the many customers who asked the same question. When I came in the next day to grab my items, the staff was efficient with grabbing my items and made exchanges easy as well. The store is a bit disorganized, but the staff makes it up.By Theresa Nguyen (5 months ago)I think that after traveling back today, I’ll be done with this Target. I went yesterday to exchange a defective Christmas toy for my daughter. I bought it on sale for $41.99, but it’s now $55.99 and the customer service lady refused to match the price. I agreed finally to pay the $15+ dollar difference. She refunded the item to a gift card and said she’d use it to reorder the new one. At that point she had the gift card and my Target credit card. She hurriedly rushes me off with no new order receipt and says I’ll receive everything via email. Well guess what? I get home and check the app and she charged the entire amount to my credit card AND kept the gift card. I’ll be going back today. Came here during renovations, lots of things empty on the shelves however this is definitely not normal for the store. They have a Starbucks stand as the one usually in the store is also under construction. Workers are always friendly and helpful too, electronic sections are a bit low stocked too. Overall very clean and convenient location!
Everything you would expect from a Target. Clean store and friendly staff. Order pickup and drive up are quick most of the time. This location also has a Starbucks inside. How can you not want to buy everything?
This is not my neighborhood Target but can you ever go wrong by shopping at Target! They always have what you need and you find things that you don’t need. ????????????. The carts are organized and NOT broken but it’s usually the people who make the shopping experience memorable. Jacob, at Customer Service, assisted me with a return and was awesome and Ms. Pam provided a pleasant checkout experience. Thank you!
A really nice target! The store and bathrooms were very clean. This store has everything you would expect to find in a target. It also has a little Taste of Target snack center right next to the Starbucks. The optical center here is amazing and has great service. The I thought it was very nice that they had a dedicated nursing station for mother’s in the fitting room and pull down stool for the kids at the sink.
I love shopping here. It’s always fully stocked and super clean. Anything you need, you can get here. I go here for my Pharmaceutical and Optical needs as well.
