- Reviews:I think Home Depot is great, this review is about their pick up service. I purchased some items online. I arrived at the store after receiving notice my order was ready. I drove to the store only to wait 30 minutes in the customer service line. It’s the same line as the returns. If I hadn’t already paid I would have just picked up my items myself, it would have taken 10 minutes tops. Don’t make my mistake, don’t use this service it sucks.By Harry Hernandez (7 months ago)Was here (again) this year to pick up the Xmas tree. I was having fun teasing with another family over a same tree they liked. They thought I was working for the HomeDepot because I wanted the same tree they picked. Easy check out, and they only accept card payment. Seemed under-staffed to get someone to help carry the tree that’s taller than me to the cashier. This year, I picked the best looking tree compared to the previous years. Paid first and give them your name then proceed to drive your car to the curb where they will help load the tree to your car, just showed them your receipt.By Privacy (5 months ago)Plenty of parking. Lot’s of traffic. The line’s went pretty fast. Nice environment.By Gino D (2 weeks ago)Adjustable shower head! Awesome! I like this product. Why? Because I am 5’9. I was able to make the shower head higher. Before I was slouching to shower my hair. The previous shower head was shorter in height.By AUTO TUB3 (2 months ago)Springtime gardening promotions Deciding what you need to plant.. Find out ask garden.By LA VIEW 360 degree (a month ago)

Thank you for reading! If you have any additional information about the Home Depot in California, please leave a comment below. We would love to hear from you!
A standard Home Depot that is a little bit smaller and messier than most. The employees are nice and helpful and has the usual corporate vibe. Parking lot is small and tight, definitely hard to get in and out of during busy times. It does have a tool rental facility which is good.
I was at home depot with my cousin and niece. We were checking out some prices on some items. Place was clean, Sal an employee gave us great customer service with friendliness and a smile.
Prices inflated, you get same products but cheaper on Amazon. Imagine also waiting in a checkout line (1 of 2 opened) for 20 minutes on the busiest day of the week. They’re definitely better on the east coast.
Nick and Terry were exceptionally helpful. It was my first time, and they were so gentle in assisting me when picking up my order. I didn’t know how to check in, Miguel helped me do that…then I had multiple questions about my closet doors. Nick and Terry both confirmed my order was complete prior to my departure. Thanks guys. Nick was gone pulling another order before I could snap his pic, he knows how to hustle.
I had the best service I’ve ever had at this Home Depot yesterday! (And I’ve had very good service on all of my visits so this is saying a lot!) Tom P. an older adult in the hardware section saved me $200 when my massage table broke a small cord used for stability and the manufacturer doesnt replace parts. Tom took the time to look at the table design. He was so completely knowledgeable about how to replace it! I am so gratful and impressed. This will definitely be my one stop shop from here on out. And the lady working at the self checkout lane was awesome, too. Highly recommend!!
