I have a sensitive skin for which she chose products based on my skin type and they didnt affect my skin later aswell. The makeup was awesome and i looked absolutely gorgeous as well as natural with my skin tone along with complimenting highlights on my face. My experience with the staff was extremely rude as the staff asked me “don’t do anything now” in a pretty rude manner when I was trying to confirm what kind of Color and technique they would be doing. The staff particularly wanted to finish off the work in 2 hrs and charge the actual price. The owner was not present at the premises today. To my surprise on asking them to refund my money, they happily did without understanding the problem or providing a solution. This is level of services provided by a well known place in the vicinity. Today I visit Big boss and took pedicure.And believe me they have booked un trained and un professional who don’t know about the process and steps to b taken care off…
And they charged you same as a professional charged.Moreover they people don’t deny that no service personnel is available or ask you before , your choice to take service through untrained personal .Highly dissatisfied…..,soon this practice may lead you to customer retrenchment.

The salon was able to squeeze us in fairly quickly on the weekend as a walk in. One criticism though, the staff kept disrupting our session by either knocking or even opening the door to ask questions to the aesthetician. Definitely took away from the ‘relaxing’ part of self care. This is obviously a work culture issue that should be addressed if they are trying to be a spa service.
