  Cute place. We swung by the morning we checked out of Pelham Hotel (which is literally connected to it). There was a 30 minute wait before we were seated. I liked the fact that they had chicken sausage as an option since my best friend does not eat pork.

  My wife and I went on a late Sunday morning (around 11 AM) so the wait was pretty long, BUT since it was a little bit chilly, and they had outdoor seating immediately available, we opted to sit outside so I cant comment on how long the wait would normally be. Glad we did this! We got warmed up with hot coffee and chocolate and it was no problem being out there.

  We ordered French Toast Bites as a starter and for our meals, my wife got the Gulf Shrimp Omelet w/ a side of fruit while I got the Chicken St. Charles Benedict. All the food was freaking delicious! Defiantly try to come out here for breakfast/brunch if you have the time, you won’t be disappointed!

  The food was really good but be prepared to wait 2-2.5 hours if you go on a Saturday like us. We got there at 10:30am and was seated at 12:30pm. I would suggest going before 9am or after 1pm because they only had a 30 minute wait before being seated. You can also “join the waitlist” the morning of as you are on your way. Once you arrive, go check in at the hostess stand. It helps to save your place. Again, we had French toasts meals and they were good.

  I was really hungry this morning. This place hit the spot. I started with candied bacon, MUST GET!!!! I had the eggs cochon, basically eggs Benedict but with pulled pork and a biscuit. Everything was perfect. I loved it. My neighbor at the bar ordered biscuits and gravy. Coffee was also delicious. Dress is casual, staff is friendly and prices are fair.

  My second lunch here because I was little disappointed with Olde Nola. I walked over here from the French Quarter. I ordered the farm greens salad with peaches, blueberries, and candied pecan pieces. The salad was excellent with fresh ingredients. I like it lightly dressed and no oil. The other dish is shrimps and grits. Very tasty sauce and creamy grits. The shrimp were fresh and fingers licking good. Service is great and Bravo to the chefs. My only wish was that they served pecan pie today.

  This place has amazing ambiance and the food is just perfect! My husband and I ordered salmon plate and fried chicken and biscuit. Both were great! Drink wise we had the Paloma and I highly recommend strawberry Matcha latte. it’s so pretty and taste amazing

  Loved the ambience, minimalist decor, good service, well presented food. Found the biscuit, while beautiful and nice and crunchy a bit bland. Coffee was a tab bitter and lacked depth. Overall worth a visit and better than most.

  Willa Jean is another John Besh spot that I adore. Whether you are going for a quick coffee and pastry or whether you have a big group looking for an elevated boozy brunch experience with an upscale and modern ambience this place works! The food is delightful and you’ll be arguing over whether the corn bread or the biscuits are better. Try both and you will not be disappointed.

  This is an excellent place to dine at in New Orleans. The biscuit with jam and butter is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend getting the biscuits here. The hangover bowl was good too. The hostess and our server Dallas were great as well.

  Just when we think that a dish couldn’t be topped, we find another one….Ladies and gentlemen, this is hands down the best brunch spot that I have ever experienced. Every single dish was delectable. And every place that we have been has had phenomenal service and this was no different. Teri was our server here and EVERY recommendation was spot on! Our recommendation: start with the French toast bites and a signature drink. Definitely have the shrimp and grits, bread pudding pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits-all were perfectly prepared. Teri and Q make you feel like family! We will be back.

  Food: The food tasted and looked amazing. If you like biscuits and gravy like me, please try them! They give you two fist sized biscuits, 2 eggs, 2 strips of crunchy bacon, and I added the fried chickens heat style. You won’t regret it. We got French toast bites to share, and I let it sit in my mouth. It was heaven. Everything was scrumptious!

  Service: I went in a group of 4 at around 9:30am on a Wednesday, and there was no wait time. We got our food within 10 minutes of ordering and the staff was so sweet!! I, unfortunately found a hair in one of my biscuits, but I told my waitress about and got me another plate. They were very sweet and attentive and would highly recommend!

  Never disappoint as many many many times as I have been here. The basic 2 egg breakfast is nothing but basic, with their delicious bacon and fried green tomato. I get a side of gravy with it to smother the biscuit. Heaven. All the dishes are generous enough to split, maybe by adding a side. The French toast bites are perfect to share with the table. Don’t forget the Bellinis and bloody Marys. I would so eat here for dinner too if they were open. Service is also always on point.

  We went here for brunch because our tour guide suggested going to this location because it was less busier.

  We ordered coffee, the mimosas flight, French toast, and the southern breakfast.

  I liked the French toast, solid 4/5 but the winner for that was the syrup. I love that it’s not sticky super sweet. It goes perfect with the brioche French toast with the tangy strawberries. My partner wasn’t a huge fan of the southern breakfast but she loved the friend green tomato that came with it. To quote “second to the one my great grandma made” which is VERY high praise.

  The mimosa flight was okay, I liked two of the drinks and the other two were blah.

  Overall, would go again for brunch.

  First off the food is AMAZING. I can’t emphasize that anymore than just AMAZING and delicious. Not only was the food awesome but the waitstaff treated me like family. I felt like I was at a local diner that knew me my whole life. It’s really the best example of southern hospitality I have ever experienced. The owner Charlie remembered us the second day we came in and made sure we got a table quickly even though the wait wasn’t even 5 minutes. The three days I was here I ate here everyday and avoided crowds in the quarter. It was the best decision I made. I miss the food and when I get back I will be eating here at this location! MAKE SURE TO TRY THIS ONCE WHILE IN TOWN. I wish I took more pictures of the food for everyone to see.

  This is our only 5 star rating in the quarter! Excepting covid we’ve been coming to the quarter twice a year for some time, and this is the place to go. Ground zero convenience and Tonya one of the owners is a peach. Historically the wait staff can vary in enthusiasm but never had a really bad one, and this time she was amazing, and when we went back a couple days later we had her again by fortunate coincidence so it was 5 stars all over again. This time was once breakfast and once lunch, and we have NEVER had bad food here just the opposite it ALWAYS lives up to our expectations. They deserve our loyalty!   This place was very nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. It was pretty busy when I was there, but the food still came in a reasonable amount of time. I had the fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was very good! This is a nice place to stop for lunch while walking around Jackson Square.

  Another great experience at Stanley! Beautiful spot right on Jackson Square facing Cathedral. Highly recommend the Bloody Mary! Also the Benedict po’boy and the Reuben. Onion rings yum. Service was surprisingly great & friendly, especially when they are short-staffed (like everywhere!), and very busy. Two thumbs up!

  For being in such a bustling part of the French quarter this place was friendly and the food was delicious. They were jamming busy but are right in Jackson square so as to be expected. I sat at the bar and the severs were attentive. These were by far the best grits I’ve had anywhere in the south. Kind of pricey for breakfast but reasonable considering the location. They had a very long wait so I’d put your name in advance and plan on walking around for a bit.

  The food here was really good! We arrived 15 minutes before they closed at 2PM, and they were still nice enough to seat us and take good care of us without rushing us out, and did the same with a couple that arrived even closer to closing. We all really enjoyed our food, we wanted breakfast in the middle of the day and they sure delivered. The place is cute and the service was good. Only regret is that we only went once during our stay in the city, can see ourselves being regulars if we lived in the area.

  GREAT FOOD! GREAT SERVICE! AMAZING ATMOSPHERE! Our server, (the beautiful young lady who had black and red hair at the time) had my family’s taste buds pegged and provided the best recommendations. Bloody Mary was amazing according to hubby. My children had her make us her special flavored lemonade and they ordered some to go too! Mark was also very helpful.   So this place has some really really good food. We had about at 38 minute wait but it was well worth, Saturday morning so that’s expected. We ordered the western omelet, which was served with crispy home fries. I ordered the shrimp French toast made with garlic aioli served with a side of hot cheesy grits. The waitress was very attentive and the food came out rather quickly. This place has some awesome breakfast and definitely recommend eating here when in New Orleans!

  Food was DELICIOUS and the service was AMAZING!

  From my recent trip to New Orleans – this was my favorite place that I ate.

  We sat on the patio so we had no wait at all to be seated which was great. We enjoyed some mimosas while checking over the menu.

  I felt there were a lot of good options – I went with the Crab Cake Benedict which was absolutely delicious. It had so much flavor, and the poached egg was cooked nicely.

  Our server, Frankie, was great! He gave us recommendations on the menu that we loved and he was extremely pleasant.

  This was easily the best place we went to in New Orleans. Chill atmosphere, good food. My one complaint was that the bacon was mostly fat and not cooked long enough for my liking.

  The fruity pebble french toast definitely made the banana’s foster seem very mild by comparison. If you’re someone who tends to stick to french toast with syrup, it was a nice change of pace and wasn’t overwhelming. I thought the banana might have actually been plantain because they weren’t sweet and were more starchy…but I just brushed them to the side.
