The wash is good and everyone is polite!
I did the $30 package; wash, vacuum and interior wipe down.
A lot was missed. I understand it’s not a detail package.
I just expected to get the more obvious areas.a week agoOrdered the “Full Service” car wash for $36.00 which included a full wipe down of the dash and inside, vacuuming, and cleaning of the windows inside and out. Do NOT purchase this car wash service. The high school boys that provide the service did not bother to do an actual wipe down inside — they missed loads of dust on the dash, debris on the carpet (they didn’t even bother to do under the seats), and they didn’t even bother to open up the trunk and vacuum there. I specifically cleared out my entire car so that they would be able to get the whole thing but clearly they don’t care to provide a thorough service.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CLEAN YOUR CAR AT HOME!!
2 months agoI took my car to the north location. The lady at the counter was not very pleasant and instead of finding out from her that I would get a free air freshener with the $36 wash I had to hear it from another customer while I was waiting. The guys doing the cleaning were all very young guys who did a fast job but unfortunately not very thorough especially for the package price. I will not be returning. Price for service and job done is not worth it.3 months ago***GO ANYWHERE ELSE***
Horrible service and the kids working there apparently are special education as I watched 4 vehicles that came LONG after me come & go before my truck was even washed, finally after talking with someone they made this EVEN WORSE they skipped vacuuming and to add insult to injury they dried the car that came out after mine 1st. I left and will be returning any remaining washes I’ve purchased.
they get 2 stars 1 for the actual car wash machine and 1 for not damaging my vehicle.2 months agoYou don’t do as well of a job as you once did.. not wiping down the interior, door frames, and floor mats.. and for the cashier, Naiome, she unfortunately needs an attitude adjustment. She was snotty, rude, and dismissive. I understand finding good help is hard to find but we can do a little better than that. Paying $30+ on a car wash to be treated like that is something I will not be signing up for again.

Employees are freindly and it seems like they actually enjoy their job!6 months agoVery disappointed. I took my vehicle through the wash and the bottom half and tire rims were not clean at all. I went back through the line and the attendant kindly let me go through again, which I appreciated, however when I exited the car wash a second time my vehicle had NOT gotten any cleaner. Very disappointing for taking a vehicle through what is supposed to be considered a superior wash.
I sent photos over Facebook to Tommy’s to let them know I was told I should have gone back through the line again. Perhaps I should have, but it didn’t clean the vehicle the first two times.

Nice facility with large wash bays, was easy to get my trailer in and washed up! Convenient location and lots of wash options.
Love the touch-less wash option. Had troubles with the door not opening for my wash and texted the business number, got an immediate response and the issue was fixed within seconds. Will be back!
I frequent the WashBarn in both Mandan and Bismarck without major problems, mostly mud piles from previous customers, which the ownership can’t fix, but today took the cake! I went to wash my car in the third stall at the Mandan location started putting in my quarters and it kept eating them without recognizing the deposit only a third of my quarters were recognized (12/36) and then I tried calling the phone listed at the property and not only did no one answer, given that it’s a Sunday is more understandable, but you can’t leave a message because the voicemail is full. If you’re gonna be open on a Sunday, then maybe you need to have someone available for a phone call. So am I just out $7.50? I guess that’s one way to make more money.
Only Cold water, NO WASH SOAP had to use the brush to clean entire vehicle and rinse for $10.00. Doors randomly broken. VAC too bulky to get anything but your seats. The “wash” mode wouldn’t clean anything but the bubbles. My car wasn’t filthy, just road dust that I could wipe off with my finger. Will not be returning. Only stopped here because I have a roof rack that brings my clearance above 7 feet high.
Great location, great car Wash. What does soap sucks. Pre-soak, pressure wash soap and Dove soap in the brush did a terrible job
