a month agoJohnny Boy’s did a fabulous job washing my car inside and out! It looks as if I got my car detailed. These guys are professional and treat people exceptionally! They pay attention to detail. Thank you!3 months agoBeen here many times and used coupons each visit. Last time I had my van serviced, staff didn’t even clean the back seat, lid and tissue/paper still there. Floor mat was wet and they throw the “deodorizer” paper off the mat which in turn soaked with water instead. Consoles are not wiped well, I’ve finished cleaning up the inside instead. For almost $25 I paid, might just go to DT car wash and I’ll clean the inside myself. I suggest you check your car first before leaving the shop and point out what they “missed”. The reason I’m not giving a higher rating is the mechanism that allows my front seats to go back and forth doesn’t work anymore. I noticed it right after I had left Johnny boys. Recently also a friend of mine said that she had the same problem with them and she went back to complain. They told her that they didn’t do anything wrong. So I’ll keep going there for now, but if I have a problem again I’ll never go back.9 months agoCount me as a new fan! Had my car interior cleaned to the fullest extent and it looks fantastic. Nice and cozy inside too if you do anything there where you stay and wait. Definitely recommended.

a month agoHad a negative experience with a competitor where the machine only soaped my car and never rinsed it. So drove across the road and the very kind attendant offered me a complimentary wash. Great business move as you can be sure I will return and tell everyone I know about the kindness. To tip it off, my car looks amazing after a 700 mile trip on highways across country!3 weeks agoI have been to this car wash since it opened late 2020. I have a Jeep Gladiator that has been here many many times. I noticed that little specks were all over my windshield. Then noticed scratches all over the hood of my Jeep. I have been dealing with several staff and they say they are going to fix the hood only. But it’s been awhile now and nothing when I leave a message. So I am here seeing if any other Jeep owners have this same issue. Especially with the glass. Since our windshield is not so slanted it takes a good hit with the rollers. You will see lots of dots. I like that monthly pay option!8 months agoKeeping my machine clean. I got the unlimited service. Well worth it. I have a RAM and I recommend removing the antenna prior to entering. Other wise the rotating brush torques your antenna at 90 degrees and can damage the mount at the fender.

It’s just okay. I got the highest package for interior clean, and chose the highest tip option. I was asked if I wanted to add a scent, I said yes and chose New Car. The attendant was very nice. It took quite a while, probably close to an hour. It was fairly busy and I understand… there was a garden center right across the parking lot so I was happy to poke around over there. When my car was done, there was no scent and it wasn’t as clean as I would have thought. was it cleaner than it was? Yeah. But was it super clean? No. Just okay. I’ll keep doing it myself going forward and save the $40. Their lobby is nice though 🙂
Great wash at decent pricing. If you have a nice car and want to keep it that way then you probably want to get a sticker for your window and pay the monthly fee of getting it done regularly. It’s very much worth the cost when you live in Iowa. Washing the salt and debris away will keep your vehicle in much better shape in the long run.
The interior cleaning staff really rushed the job. I paid for the premium interior cleaning at $50+, and was not at all impressed with the results. There was no attention to detail and they left the back seating area messier than it was when I arrived. I gave them 2 stars because the exterior cleaning crew did a great job.
Would never go back to pay $22 for a car wash that doesn’t even get the gravel dust off the back of the truck. Back windshield and tailgate noticeably dirty just after the wash. Got most of the bugs off but definitely not all of them. Rims looked absolutely terrible, very dirty. Could’ve done a better job at the self-service car wash for $7. Will not be back.
The unlimited wash pass is totally worth it! I stop 3 times a week on my way to work and love the shine my truck keeps after a wash. I have never had any issues, and other than a few accounting related hiccups, it’s been a painless and enjoyable membership.
