2 months agoVery pleased with the result from my car wash. The only downside is you have to bring your own towels. Usually having my car washed is a last minute decision while I’m already out and about without a towel to dry with.3 months agoAs a member for past few months I’m thinking of getting a membership with a competitor. Numerous times this location was closed for computers being down. Also there’s no members only line, so you get stuck behind people paying with a debit card. This can take awhile, because there kiosks don’t tell customers to leave the card in. The car wash leaves water spots all over my windshield. My sedan’s mirrors get slapped in half the time, not a big car. Lastly the attendant spotting you in, sometimes lets your tire hit the rails as you drive in. That’s not what we want. Overall it’s a great value to have the membership, but the location needs to address these issues to be a better car wash.4 months agoVery good car wash. Still need to wipe with towel after car wash. Will never return11 months agoThose people are professional and generous and kind. We just get out of the place with clean car. Our subscription was terminated for a reason and the guy was so kind to let us go in for a free wash before we renew later at this month. We get the gold as we get in. I really like those kind of businesses who always prefer to satisfy customers and not be greedy or by book. As a certified Google map reviewers I really recommend this place and would like to encourage it through my reviews.

3 months agoI went to this place because they had the highest rating in our area and because I couldn’t find a reputable hand car wash business in the area. I just bought my brand new 2023 Kia Telluride and figured I’d be in good hands and this happens! My rear windshield wiper almost completely snapped off!!! It is definitely broken and I’m so bummed out!! Young employee took my information and said the owner will be contacting me. Still waiting to hear from them. I will update my review based on whether management makes this right or not.3 months agoI love this place so much. I literally took my car here and it was the best experience ever! My car is so clean inside and out . I almost feel like family here because of the customer services I received here. The lights , colors, were so fun for me. Totally professional. Offered free second wash. Spots still on car. Talked with attendant who said he couldn’t do anything else. BOO. Not worth the money.3 weeks agoUse them only once. Just did the car wash and drove my Volvo XC 90 home only to find that the back wiper was broken and hanging in my a thread. That $93 cost will lead me to not go back. Now I have trust issues with my car. I went to a similar car wash in Redlands for years and never had a problem.

Been coming here about once a month. I get the better $17 one time wash. Now you have to be a member to use a towel. You know use the towel to get the spots the machine didn’t get. Not sure if I’ll be coming here anymore. I know I won’t be coming here anymore.
Staff members at Quick quack car wash are always so polite. The price is reasonable for the monthly membership. I enrolled and with 3 visits a month I make my moneys worth.
The experience I have every time I take my car is outstanding along with the customer service. My last visit they had come out with the new ceramic wash option and I asked about upgrading my membership Laura the associate explained to me the new option and the benefits it has for my vehicle. I love this place and this wash always makes my car come out better than when I bought my car from the dealership.
Great service love bringing in my car here once or twice a week they provide towels to dry off your car like no other car wash and please ask for joy
I love this car wash!! I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I genuinely feel so happy with the sparkling shine left on both my car, and my face (meaning I was smiling). Kayla helped me out after the initial wash, and I greatly appreciated it. Kayla is such a sweet person, and a wonderful employee. I see her going great places. Anyhow, THE CAR WASH! Oh, the car wash! Not only is my car beautifully cleaned, I had fun during the experience as well due to the fact it is themed with anatidae (water fowl, such as ducks and geese) imagery and puns (my favorite of them being the duck duck goose at the end of my washing experience). Thank you, Quick Quack, I will return!
