a week agoI went to the Superstar car wash on Warner and Priest, as I have been a customer there for over 3 years. Well today when I went I did not realize that the card on file was one that I had lost, so I almost didn’t get my car washed. Thankfully, a young man working at the car wash, named Drake, was gracious enough and assisted me in getting things resolved. He provided great customer service and was extremely patient. I appreciate you guys for getting me squared awaya week agoLove this place! Shoutout to Drake and Mike; give those dudes a raise. They make it so easy to get my car cleaned, and they work hard out in the heat. Drake walked us through the monthly subscription for unlimited washes and Mike is always a friendly and helpful guy. Lots of car washes around here but none that make me feel so great to use!in the last weekThey have everything you could want at a self-service car wash and more. I just realized I even have air for your tires at some of the stations. They are open until 8:00 pm… even on Sunday! The only thing they don’t do is wash your car for you, and isn’t that the whole point? I do the monthly unlimited plan. Wash it twice a month and you’re already saving money! What more could you want?3 months agoOver a month and the hot wax station is still not working properly. Heads in the middle are blocked up and not getting correct coverage for our payment.
This vehicle is using the vacuums again as not a customer.
Again I arrive first vehicle, no one in line. Scanner isn’t working. I wait until CS arrives and then I have to reverse leave the line and go to another one. Now I’m the seventh car in line and I did nothing wrong again as paying customer ????????????

4 weeks agoI took my son’s car in to do a quick wash as it had been a long time and was super dirty. There was an attendant at the kiosk that was ready to help with any questions and I felt zero pressure to purchase a membership. After running it thru the wash I pulled in to a stall to do a quick vacuum. Teddy was out picking up dirty towels and dropping off clean ones and stopped to see if I was happy with the wash. He was very knowledgeable and clearly loves his job! Thank you Teddy for your help/information about Clay bar treatment.

5 months agoI brought my vehicle in to get it detailed before I sell it later this week. After an hour of waiting they handed it off to me and I drove around the block to work. Upon arriving, I realized that not only did they not finish the job, but one of the covers for the center console was shattered. I returned to complain about it. In this time, the employee who worked on it mentioned that he broke it and then opened it so I wouldn’t see. The managers looked at it and after writing up an incident report informed me that they would be doing nothing about this because he believes it was “dry rotted” because of the discoloration. Of course it wasn’t, it’s a stain. I requested payment for the damages after conferring with the company I’m selling it to for how much it would cost. This manager, Nick, refused any culpability or responsibility after an employee damaged my car. Included some before and after pics. Never, ever go there. EVER. I’ve made a formal complaint with the BBB and attorney general.in the last weekI was impressed with the full service option — including vacuuming. It made me purchase the higher value monthly subscription for my 2019 RAM (“Miss Derby”).

in the last weekVERY over priced on the oil change. I could have gone to the dealership and would have paid about $15 less. I should never pay more than a dealership price for an oil change somewhere that’s not a dealership. I also don’t like that I wasn’t told the price until my oil had been drained and I had no choice but to continue. Was very sketchy and made me feel like the goal is to overcharge and hopefully get away with it. Won’t be back.a year agoI wish I could offer before and after pictures of this detail job. I have 2 kids and a St Bernard, our SUV was gross!!
I sat at the car wash for 2.5 hours feeling like I had been swindled by the smooth talking Todd S. Yes the customer service is amazing and yes he shared options but I felt as if he up sold me big time. I just moved to the area, and after traveling 1,500 miles I realized our vehicles could use a good cleaning. After stopping by Jackson’s yesterday (11/19/22) with a pretty dirty work vehicle-I was more than excited to take our truck there to have them clean it out.
The employees working the front line with payments are so kind and understanding. This was significantly different than any experience I have had with car washes. Their patience goes unnoticed and their kindness is beyond appreciated!
The employees working the wash helping you line your vehicle up were nothing less than amazing! Lining a truck this size up can be challenging and they were absolutely incredible and kind helping me along the way.
The employees who wipe your windows are prompt-and incredibly efficient. It was also appreciated to have them help direct me to my designed spot to have the last stop handled.
The employees who jump to get your vehicle wiped out and vacuumed were beyond kind, detailed, and truly exceeded my expectations on what they would accomplish in such a short amount of time. My biggest regret was not having more cash on hand to tip you for your outstanding work!

I work in the area and was looking for a full service car wash. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. As soon as I pulled my car up to the wash line I was greeted by Mikkos who scrubbed the windows and wheels BEFORE going through the wash. I was very pleased by this considering I drive a Jeep with lots of bug splatter on the windshield.
As soon as I pulled out of the wash I was greeted by Francisco and Brandon who dried the windows and areas where streaks are common. I was directed to Lane 4 where Jesus, Richie, and Luis vaccumed and cleaned the inside really well.
What I liked most about this place is the TIPS Case. The tips are clearly visible and the signage says the tips will be divided equally amoung all employees, which I think is great.
The overall work was about 4 Stars but because of the customer service I give it 5 Stars. Even the woman inside the convenient store was so pleasant. I will be a returning customer. ????????
Rico was very nice and and the rest of the team was very intelligent and made sure I understood 100% before letting me go, and was very cheap and I got a tune up (changed 4 spark plugs) and the labor was cheap as well. all that was totaled $258.90! He also threw in a free car wash!
I always come here for my wash, wax, and polish. Rico does an excellent job, I had terrible water spots on my hood and on my doors, which he was able to get out. As always, thanks for the friendly and fast service.
My experience at this Jackson’s has been excellent. They helped me get my windshield replaced that had been needing replaced for awhile. On top of it, they threw in a 30 day fast pass which has been great. The first time using the dash pass, I met the manager Rico after he cleaned the inside of my truck, and was impressed with his customer service and attention to detail. I decided to have their detail shop complete a headlight restoration, and was once again happy with the results. The job was completed by a new detailer, being trained by none other than Rico. He is doing something right there. I will be continuing to use this location for vehicle washing/detailing needs.
