  Great selection of items! My partner’s brother was able to find a great variety of vegan options for food while we were visiting a friend. Also nice that the holiday section ACTUALLY had other holidays there instead of being bombarded by nothing except Christmas decorations/gift bags/wrapping paper (we went last month). However, it was messy beyond excuse and staff was exceptionally rude. If I was shopping alone, I’d likely go elsewhere.

  Curbside Pickup was good and the person bringing my order was very friendly. The in store experience is just like any other Walmart in the area.

  My only complaint is the parking aisles in the parking lot should be marked better. Too many cars going down parking lanes the wrong way and a potential accident waiting to happen.

  Be careful about ordering “fresh” fruits and vegetables through their order online pick up service. This is the second time I’ve been given a product that is covered in mold and squishy. Of course you won’t see it until you arrive home and it’s not worth wasting gas/time to drive back.

  Isles were not very labeled in the pharmacy area. I’m from out of town and I could not find any sort of souvenir to buy other than t shirts. Hard time finding an associate that understands and speaks English. Store appears run down.

  This store is not clean. Many of the aisles and shelves looked like this. With that being said, I was helped by a kind, female employee. She went to the back to retrieve a gallon of distilled water. Many thanks to her.

  I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but for over a year now, the lines have been extremely long. When I took the picture, I’ve been waiting for 20min.
  3 lanes open and a few scan and go’s open. LOTS of employess have walked passed me, circling the store, and no help at all (why a few they walking in circles?).
  Customer service is not priority here, clearly no hospitality, urgency, or resolve with the management team. Hope someone makes a change.

  I entered this store in search of a few items. I fully expected to not find an employee to help, but that wasn’t the case. I interacted with multiple employees who were knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. It was a pleasant surprise with customer service lacking in society today. This store and its employees receive a 5 star rating…

  Most notably their management team is EXCEPTIONAL not only in their approach to customer service.
  This can also be seen any overall demeanor attitudes and work ethic one notice is if you actually watch the employees work and interact with each other and the customers in the store. I was happy and pleased enough with what I saw that I will be making this my new go to Walmart store in the entire Twin Cities area! A+

  Not the friendliest place to shop…… . A few years ago a guy got shot at the front door… . . . . Many things just tossed about with no care at all.. . . As me and my girlfriend walked through the store we noticed so much product was opened and had been ate….. . Lot’s of empty packages laying around.. .. . Certain parts of the store was clean and looked good… . . . Many of the employees were just standing around not doing anything… . . Will never shop or stop at location again.. . . .   I had an amazing experience later last night towards store closing I ran into two very friendly associates that were personable accommodating and did not try to rush me out the door. So much so that I decided to show my gratitude by letting the lady know how awesome it was and how much the customer service makes all the difference. There’s another gentleman that was just starting his overnight stocking that had a really positive and upbeat attitude and went out of his way to say hello again made all the difference!

  Not at all bad as far as Walmarts go, they seem to be generally well stocked on the shelves but for delivery they seem to be running out of things quite frequently these days. Perhaps this is normal. But the staff is generally nice, but the one thing I do notice is for there to be a tendency for staff members to be reticent and a little bit shy in regard to offering help or helping people. This could be just because of the neighborhood being somewhat of a rough neighborhood and this part of Minneapolis and people just aren’t open to lending a hand to someone they don’t know quite so quickly. Being a disabled individual, this does come across as something to be aware of. However on the positive side, being disabled individual, I have noticed that there are almost always more than enough electric carts available.

  They have some decent deals yet the shelves are hardly stocked at all even the meat section was pretty bare especially if you prefer grass fed beef also they had limited sections on all items I hope they restock the store soon because I love shopping here I still recommend it for all to come here they absolutely have great deals

  if you want to go shopping with good customer service, peaceful, and find exactly what your looking for this is not a place you want to shop, this place deserves 0 stars the way it’s running and i wouldn’t even consider this place an actual Walmart the way the staff is. shopping online would literally be the same experience, no help at all. Who is the manger? because they need to be demoted to janitor. What is the point of hiring these employees when they can’t even do their job?!

  Terrible store! Would rate this a -1000 if that was possible! First of all it’s so dirty and gross. I walk into a different Walmart and it’s well kept. This is the only one I know that isn’t. The employees are super rude and they don’t care about you. The worst part is that some of the products DO NOT match their prices or THEY DO NOT have prices… Like it takes me soooo long to shop here because I’m trying to figure out the prices. Also they have no price scanners in the store. They used to have many but I can’t seem to find any and none of the employees care to help. Walmart just turns out to be such an inconvenience and I try to avoid it. I also don’t feel safe coming in here after the sun goes down. It also has a mini police station inside I think that should tell you something about this store. :/

  I ordered new tires online and made an appointment to have them installed. When I showed up for my appointment they made me sit there for 15 minutes while the worker “searched” for the tires. Then she came out and told me that they could only find 3 of the 4 tires I needed. How do you not have the tires I ordered two weeks ago? Why wouldn’t you ensure you have the stock for people’s appointments before their appointment time? Then, she refused to refund me but said she could “sell me different tires” as if I had an extra $500 laying around to buy a whole second set of tires with. Seriously?

  The Walmart girls that brought my order out for curbside pick up were super cool and nonjudgmental of my messy vehicle lol. I didn’t ask their names but I should have so I could give them a shout out. All I know is one of them was new and the other girl was kind of showing her what to do.
  Anyways the parking lot was a s*** show honestly very stressful and chaotic. Parking lot had plenty of entrance and exit points which was cool but it seemed crowded or like the spots were too close together or something.
  I didn’t end up going inside or anything but yeah. My experience was good, I don’t know about the state of the actual store itself but with the parking lot how it was I would not be very inclined to go back lol.

  I like Walmart..I usually go to the one on Robert St in West Saint Paul..the store is clean..they have items that I can’t get at Target..I usually buy a lot of stuff for my cat. I buy food..I like the pre packaged salads and I like to buy self care and cosmetics. I had a wonderful experience one evening because an employee..named Teresa..she was I think a night shift manager. She helped me and I am very thankful for her kindness and for her love of cats and thoughtfulness..she went above and beyond and if you ever see her…tell her you read this and I thank her.   I went to Regal Nail inside of Walmart. I’m sorry I forgot my Nail tech name. Everyone does a great job. Pleasant atmosphere Reasonably priced. They also do waxing. Only a 15 min wait.

  It’s okay.The clothes area is unorganized. There are random items on the ground in the clothing area. There are boxes of extra items on every main aisle. We came here around 730pm and the line to the register was really really long. They only had 2 cashiers so expect to wait a while for checkout. The self checkout line was very long. So, expect long waiting lines. Good things about this Walmart is that they have everything you need if you can’t find it at Target (across the street).

  Today was a bad day at this store. I have never been so disrespected by a supposedly manager before. I understand a lot of businesses are understaffed and are overworked, but this is unacceptable to ignore a customer to go help other customers and refused to get another manager of the pickup/ curbside department. I just had a simple question registering my order because when you called it was sent straight to voicemail. When I stated that he still kept repeating himself and refused to just help me out. After all that, all he told me was for pickup/curbside I had to just get in my car and wait. It’s just sad to see people who are actually trying everything before they speak to a manager and then even a manager will not help. All I’m going to say is this store needs more training and being more in depth on what their jobs are and who to call. Like I said I have never had a bad experience here and I feel there should be more communication between staff.

  Went to this store yesterday . what I bought had a sticker that said 9.98 clearance. It rang over 10.00 the lady told me its the wrong sticker. How was I supposed to know that. I work in retail and if that happened at my store we would give the customer that price. Nope not at this store. Lady seamed very rushed and didn’t care. I will not go back to this store ever. The customer service at this store sucks.

  Very rude staff. Two days in a row I’ve tried to cash my paycheck now. Yesterday I got here at 7:30 pm and even though their website says money service is open until 11:00, it was closed. Today I get here at 10:00 am and money service is closed because the lady went to lunch. So, I decide to wait. Some snarky little manager lady says I can’t wait in the area. I explain I’m waiting for money service to open back up, I don’t have enough gas to go anywhere else, and I don’t feel well. I have a bad heart and this kind of stress, I do not need. She did not care. It took another employee to step up and bring me a stool to sit on. Now I’m being watched like a hawk, because apparently they think I’m up to no good. I was going to do some shopping after cashing my check. I need about 100.00 worth the items. Instead I’m going across the road to Target. I know my little 100.00 means very little to Walmart, or they wouldn’t treat a very loyal customer, in the past, like I’m nothing in their eyes. I’ve dealt with this type of treatment from the Vadnais Heights, MN, Walmart for about a year now. I will not spend another dime at a Walmart store ever for the rest of my life. They treat customers like dirt.

  Download the Walmart App to find things easily in the store. Super glad they were able to cash a check for a friend of mine who does not have a bank account. You have to pay a fee, but it’s cheaper than some places, like $1-3. I’ll update if I remember exact price to cash checks.
