I love the availability of items from different countries. I shop here first before going to other grocers. They have everything that you need and have lots of international products. One of my favorite parts is that they have mini shopping carts for kids. They did not acknowledge us at the checkout an when WE told THEM to have a good night, they simply ignored us. The manager bought wine and flowers and put his items on the belt while our groceries were still there. Then he proceeded to reach around my husband and snatch his flowers up. We had to move so his items could come up the belt. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ALDI IS ACROSS THE STREET. Go THERE! SAME PRICES AND BETTER SERVICE. You had steak for 49.99 a pound and a 12 pack of Coca-Cola was $9.99. Why? Your prices are so overly inflated. There can’t be any possible way that you pay any of your employees enough to be able to do their shopping at your stores and be able to have any money left over. Your company is praying on the community. The store needs to get some shopping baskets and maybe replace the absolutely enormous carts that absolutely nobody could possibly afford to fill. Thank you for providing absolutely completely stagnant economical output when concerning your employees pay and for the ever increasing prices on of your products. I used to shop at this Harris Teeter all the time, and after walking through there today and realizing the insanity of it, and it’s so frustrating knowing that Harris Teeter’s bottom line is the only thing benefiting from everybody struggling. I will no longer shop at Harris Teeter or any grocery stores associated with that company. Take better care of your employees. Take better care of the communities that take care of you. Do better!
Friendly staff was very helpful even went above n beyond showed another area I could find what was looking for even made suggestions. Went there in late evening. Several Guys were very helpful when seen was looking for something specific n guided me to the isle even showed me right where it was. Thank you Guys very Happy n highly recommend nice clean friendly store!
Store is always clean! Produce is the freshest around! Love their meat specials! Staff is friendly and helpful! Love shopping at this Harris Teeter! If you watch the sales, you can get really good deals!
Harris Teeter really needs to teach/coach and council their sub dept. The people who are employed to work in this dept are very very obviously not trained to perform their jobs to company standard ( I utilize HT sub dept in various Charlotte locations weekly). They have failed massively to have any customer service let alone professionalism. Every time (for the past 3 months) we have ordered 3+ subs. They are not made on time let alone made per our orders online. Multiple times they are “out of bread”. What? This is a grocery store and should be able to keep up with making bread in the dept! Today another round of ordering at 3:50pm for pickup at 4:45pm. Nope not even started at 5 pm and no white bread only wheat bread!?! Who is actually in charge of this free for all dept?
I am sick and tired of trying to rely on this store (in particular) for dinner for my family and nothing is ready or the decency to call and notify a customer that they are out of REGULAR FOOD ITEMS LIKE BREAD. Completely disgusting how you are treated at a”high end” grocery store. This is the reason Wegmans will come in the area and CRUSH this store. I will happily accept a call from corporate, but none of these reviews are ever considered!

I always get treated like family when I come here, I’m always spoken to and given the best customer service. And the “cashier/ I’ve seen him doing everything” Earl always goes above and beyond to help everytime I see him! In my opinion he should definitely be up for a review and raise.
