9 months agoHas a offer selection than most Krogers but if you like bourbon and want to pay reasonable prices then go somewhere else. I was looking for Horse Soldier Bourbon Premium for a gift. $49.99 from the company so should be right around $55 or so. Kroger has marked it up $27 over MSRP. Contacted the distillery and they were not aware of the steep prices at Kroger. Meijer has the same bottle at $54. Heading over there to get it the right price. Was kind of sad to not find a good selection of mixers, I suppose they expect you to go next door to the full store. They did have some basics like soda and juice but not much for energy drinks.6 months agoIt is a liquor store, good selection, but the moving products so you walk around a lota year agoI have always shopped here John and Amy are always friendly and helpful . There has been no heat in store since my last visit ( 10 days !) Surely you don’t think this is a good thing for employees , customers or product ? Please reply to this.

This place is fantastic! They have some great staff, I left my phone at the store by mistake but didnt realize it until after closing time. The manager on duty went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my phone was located and safely in my hands. Overall a great place to get almost anything you need
I waited at the pick up for almost an hour the lady tried to give me 3 other peoples orders. I tried calling and talking to a manager and i kept getting put on hold. The pickup lady finally said i can’t find your order I’ll see about refunding your order and get you a gift card. Eventually a manager came out said my order was given away and canceled and that was all they could do unless I wanted to come back tomorrow and they could repick it. So after waiting an hour I left empty handed. Complete waste of my time and gas. I seen at least 3 other cars leave after that lady couldn’t find their orders either, Completely ridiculous.
My favorite Kroger. Good people who take care of you. Unlike the snobby people at the Fort Mitchell Kroger who act like it’s beneath them to offer help when it’s needed.
My wife and I went to kroger independence on Sunday July 23rd around 4:45pm. There were zero carts available at both entrances to the store! Ridiculous!
kroger pickup here is awful. pickup is supposed to save time and be convenient. everytime i have ordered pickup, it is pushed back 3 hours+. (time spent i could’ve been in and out about 6 times)
