a month agoThis Kroger Supermarket located in Peachtree City, Georgia is a nice grocery store. Everyone that we encountered was very nice and helpful. The store seemed to have a few water leaks on the floor. We recommend this location.2 weeks agoThey’re lucky to even get one star had grocery pickup experience was very bad time frame to pick up my food was between 4:00 and 5:00 at 3:45 let them know I was on my way then they shortly afterwards they called me says he won’t be ready for another 3 hours then I tried to explain to them I’m sitting here in the parking lot now and I just traveled 30 miles just to pick this stuff up they didn’t care they didn’t care what happened and I said that I needed my food they could shop it inside the store they said they’re not going to do that then the manager that I talked to had some heated words then she hung up on me then I went in to deal with her about this she got really mad at me didn’t care if I can go left whatever never even told me to leave I went to talk to the store manager explain the situation she backed her up 100% when she was in the wrong to begin with about hanging up on me and told me that she didn’t care so but not even giving me the option to leave on my own they called the police on me then I got borrowed from the place for my inconvenience they had me borrowed from the location I think they need to go ahead and fire both managers shut the food pick up down and I would like to have the criminal trespass lifted because that follows me around on my record so insult to injury I didn’t get him a food have to wait on my money to come back to me then now I have a record because of that I think I need to sue them personally.. my opinion to this is anybody that reads this need to tell everybody about this and tell them they need to avoid this store at all cost because it may cost them their freedom because they want to be one in charge they don’t care about you……a month agoI’ve tried Kroger pick up for the first time yesterday and I was driving to go pick it up and they called me to let me know that it wouldn’t be ready last night and come pick it up in the morning. I drove there in the morning and they still didn’t have the order ready and so I ended up having them cancel the order and grabbed everything myself. The staff were very friendly and nice at the store but just not super reliable for the pick up if that’s what you’re looking for.4 years agoEven though they are in the process of remodeling the inside of their store at the moment everything was still available and easy to find. The prices are still great, we do all of our grocery shopping there. Theres always a good selection of meat and produce to choose from. I’ve been shopping here for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Very happy with this store and their employees.10 months agoI have had multiple bad experiences with the order pickup department. Most recently, I placed an order for pickup between 4:00 and 5:00 today and went to pick up and it wasn’t ready. At no point did anyone call me to let me know this. In speaking with the manager, she assured me that the order would be ready by 7:00 this evening. My husband drove to the store a second time and the order was not ready again. At no point in time did anyone call to let us know that it wasn’t ready a second time. I then went to try to call the store to get them to cancel the order and was unable to get anyone on the phone with customer service. I finally called the pick up dept. (after thirty minutes trying to call customer service) and was finally able to connect with a manager who cancelled the order and tried to say that someone had tried to call but voicemail was full (at no point in time did anyone from Kroger try to call me as it would have shown on my call log and my voicemail was not full). This location of Kroger needs to do better.

We spend quite a bit here weekly. I went to check out with a large order today and nothing but small self check outlines were open. I don’t think its physically possible to do self small checkout with a large order. I asked the customer service desk if they could open up a larger self check out or even better a regular checkout line. I was told to deal with it, they are short staffed. Not quite sure how that impacts the larger style self checkout, but ok. I appreciate the manager taking the time to open up a line, but how far this store has gone from a customer service perspective.
Update: Don’t bother with online pickup orders. They mark 50% of the items as not available, but when you walk in the store magically it’s all there. Horrible customer service. Why offer the service if you cant handle the business? If your closet to the Kedron location, I’d recommend going ther for better customer service.
Publix has my business now
A pretty good shopping center. Conviently located to my home, it’s my go-to for groceries. There are two sections for self-checkout, one on each end of the store. Almost 27/7, one of these lanes is closed. So if you are parked on that side of the building but the lane is closed, you’re going to have to walk all the way across the store. As for jobs, I’ve heard the manager is very disorganized and unprofessional, but I cannot confirm this from personal experience. Overall a good grocery store, however.
Love this store. In the past I didn’t like Kroger. But this one is different. Workers are friendly and don’t ignore you. It is huge and has a variety of things. It’s clean also.
Watch the cashiers and how they ring up produce without a code. Almost every time, I’m being overcharged for items. I get items are similar but come on. Today, I received a refund of $5.59 for the mis-rings. Kroger already gets too much money and I’m not giving them more. May be time to look elsewhere.
Very clean, full & fresh store; the cashier’s where very friendly. I would highly recommend shopping here!
