2 months agoI stay on Jonesboro but for some odd reason prefer to travel to this one. They’re actually equal travel distance from where I live, and so, that’s probably why. I mainly go for my prescriptions at the pharmacy, but the entire staff at this location to me seems very pleasant and welcoming. Store is clean, neat, and well-stocked. I wished they had my favorite Coconut Milk by Simple Truth there today, but, the room temperature version with 99% coconut and about 500mg potassium is a very difficult find no matter which Kroger I’m visiting.I also enjoy their fresh salmon, wide variety of fresh healthy meat options, and their very elaborate produce section. Bring hibiscus flower back! Thanks.
4 months agoI have purchased my groceries from Kroger for many years and have enjoyed the curbside pick up. I recently received an offer from a competitor for a very discounted price for unlimited delivery. At that time Kroger did not offer delivery for my payment method. I have been comparing prices over the last few months and Kroger has become outrageous. I can order the same items from a competitor and save over $20 for the same items. Yes I do check the weekly ads but very few deals. I do not order or shop in store at Kroger anymore. Inflation has hit hard and I need every dime. Sad.2 months agoLatanger (spell check) is useless & a poor representation of a customer service representative. The worst attitude I’ve experienced since my arrival to this town. Just quit if you’re unhappy with your job, don’t be bitter towards others.4 years agoThis is a nice store, it is huge and there are very few chances that you wont find what you are looking for. They have a bakery inside the building and they have a different aisle for food to go. They also have a separate section for flowers. This also has a pharmacy inside so basically this is a very handy place to go to. It is clean and I would definately go here again5 months agoEveryone is nice and good customer service still exists at Kroger (unlike many other businesses and restaurants post COVID). Daffiene especially stands out with her wonderful attitude and excellent customer service. She was a delight even with a fairly full cart right at closing time when some employees are over it. Thank you so much Daffiene for your great service after a long hard day!????????

I would like to start by stating that I have shopped at this Kroger for over 20 years. One thing I have noticed recently is that this location has an extreme shortage of cashiers after 6 pm. Everything closes with the exception of self service. Today the line was literally all the way to the back of the store and two staff members were trying to control the flow of the line versus making a decision to jump on a register. I asked the two employees navigating, do you realize how extremely long the line is, thinking to myself the two of them would be better on a register than navigating the line. Apparently Patrick read my mind and immediately stated that he would take individuals at another register. I am extremely thankful for Patrick taking the initiative to provide a solution for the extreme lack of customer service that happens every night. I am asking management to hire staff! Although this may be a challenging task, evening cashiers are needed. We have 3 extremely large apartment complexes being built in the immediate area and this problem will continue to get worse. Again, Kudos to Patrick!
Slowest deli ever. How does it take an hour to make a fresh 8 piece chicken??? They also only had self check out open; the line was all the way to the back of the store. We put our things down and left.
I’ve been waiting at customer service for approximately 10 minutes now to return items for which I was just overcharged. At least one manager, Ashley, and 5 cashiers are standing around talking. I was told I have to wait until 11:00 before they can assist me (an additional 15 minutes). I explained that some items would melt by then, but agreed to wait. Where is the customer service?
Waited over 30 mins in the money service line while two managers watch their employee struggle all lines were clear and no help was rendered do not shop at this location with leadership like this
Have never had such a rude encounter with self checkout personal in my life.
