My sister and I were in there for an hour today and no one helped us. Four of the customer service representatives were standing around doing absolutely nothing after their customers left. They saw us waiting and not one time did they ask us if we needed help.
Workers are rude. You can hear them talking about the customers & other workers out on the floor. Management is rude & doesn’t need to be in that position. One of them purposely add unnecessary stuff on my bill when you never asked for it, then when you bring it to their attention they get unpset like they never did anything wrong. Crooks. So basically check your bill before leaving the store. It’s basically a circus with the workers there…
Verizon has gone Way down hill…from the price hikes for replacement devices via Asurion decuctibles to the service being TERRIBLE…They are no help at the store either and truthfully I’m switching when my contract is up…I have been with Verizon for 15 years and I’m done. I got a text a month or 2 ago like everyone saying they were working on towers but this is 100% unacceptable to take this long. Bye bye
I went in with my grandpa and mrs. Amanda helped us. She was very kind and patient and actually took the time to get us what we needed. Pointing out problems that he would have with certain case because of hearing problems. She acted like a caring person instead of a robot just trying to sell as much product as possible. Verizon she deserves all the praise and Some recognition! She was the best couldn’t ask for a better service!
The people here were so great! My problem was with their corporate headquarters. My Dad died, had an outstanding bill and he was unable to use his phone for a few months because the battery would no longer charge. Called back in January but they wanted him to come into the store. He was 95 and couldn’t. Since he died, I took the will and death certificate in and they called headquarters to cancel bill. Wanted copies of death certificate and will so they could talk to me. Sent and waiting to see if they will forgive his bill since unable to use phone and has since died. We will see…..
