a week agoGoing downhill. Having lines for self checkout that consistently go more than halfway down a shopping aisle because you can’t open more lanes is ridiculous. There are often no small carts or baskets when you walk in because they don’t bring them in from outside. Oftentimes items are not stocked well. Starting to feel trashy.in the last weekLines down the aisle, most self checkouts closed. Guess they don’t want to pay to turn them on? I guess their constant daily price changing games are not covering costs of all the labor and stickers. Gotta love retailers that have zero respect for customers.a year agoFive stars for the Sushi! Like fresh made rolls!! Beautiful, intoxicating, flavourful, dang…. amazing presentation & taste.Three .5 for Kroger itself. Shelves a mess, half empty, a Covid in something 74 went over the speaker to security. Floors were quite dirty. A store employee was unwilling to walk me to what I needed while putting away stock, the item in question happened to be two isles away & I spent about 20 minutes looking for it, live away from this stop. Spent about 99$ and way to long of a time period in this store.

a month agoDuring This visit alone, we watched 2 people push their carts aside and walk out. Had we not had company coming, I would have done the same! 1 cashier and tons if people are trying to check out with machines that keep failing in one way or another. The people who are trying to help are frustrated and acting as if it’s our fault! It gets worse every visit. Kathleen, for one, is very rude!4 months ago1 cashier at 10:00 am on a Sunday morning. ONE. Employees walking around in their phones texting. Deli is the worst. Doesn’t open until 10:00 am. People want to shop in the early a.m. Kroger is pushing you to self checkout , even with a 300$ cart! To give THEMSELVES MORE money, not savings for the customer! CORPORATE GREED!!! The bottle return is always down. ALWAYS! Even first thing in a.m. PRODUCE IS NEVER STOCKED!!!! Kroger is disgusting!!!!

2 months agoMy license is being renewed but I didn’t have proof so they wouldn’t sell me liquor and I’m 40 This place is horrible they are prejudice and ignorant They had the store manager come out and tell me they couldn’t sell me liquor as wellBut the day before I bought liquor hahaha as well they always treat me like I’m stealing clearly cause I’m black And they have black workers but they are prejudice too. Stay out of this Kroger !!!
3 months agoDone with kroger. I get off work and have to get a week’s worth of groceries. It appears that kroger no longer has cashiers so I finish work and have to scan and bag all of my groceries. Look up my veggies and fruit. This is at every store I have been to and during prime shopping times. If I could punch I’m and get my paycheck maybe it would be worth it. And I get self checkout is a thing…but a full cart of groceries? That’s rude. We’re an aldi exclusive family now.2 months agoCashier extremly rude. I handed her a gift card, she started ringing up the customer behind me, I said, that is not mine. Just the gift card. She hands me the divider and said this is how you load the groceries, I stated I only had a gift card and she gave me major additude. Never going there again.a month agoNo one is never at the deli, you can’t get anyone to call someone to the deli, everyone walks around with attitudes. The cashiers up front are great tho6 months agoMy wife went into this location on 3/7/2023 and walked over to the baking section. There was a sign on the counter that read “we are closed and will be back”. There was a lady behind the counter so my wife asked, “do you know when someone will be back”. The lady responded, “Am I not in front of you”. My wife shrugged this off and asked for help ordering a custom cake. The lady behind the counter informed her that they do no do that. My wife then pointed to the sign behind the counter that stated the steps to order a customer cake. The lady insisted that they do not do that. My wife then then asked to speak to someone who can help with the order and the lady walked away and came back to state she can help her with it now. The lady took a piece of paper and asked her what she wanted. As my wife was going through the details, the lady then asked when we needed the cake for. My wife let her know we would need it by Sunday, the lady then crumbled the paper and threw it at my wife and began to yell at her stating that my wife wasted her time and to leave. There was another customer behind my wife that saw the entire interaction happen and they both began to shout at each other. When the manager came, he did not seem to be able to handle the lady and my wife then left since no one seemed to want to help her. I am very disgusted by the treatment my wife had at your location.

Best place to eat sushi around the city! Variety of options, custom order available, and most importantly ” best quality”. The price is cheap compare to all around the city. My favorite sushi is Mixed Combo #3 just because three different sushi in a box. My second favorite is Spicy Crunh roll. They have a lot of fully cook and raw options. Love to go there and shop.
For a store that prides itself on the “customer first” policy, I’ll never understand how lines like this have become such common practice. What’s the point in having so many registers to begin with if they cannot be occupied?
You consistently have the most disgusting bathrooms imaginable. I have watched these bathrooms regularly not being cleaned including blood in very easily seen places and it not be cleaned for weeks. I have seen many employees come in this bathroom knowing it’s disgusting and no one wants accountability. This is usually where I shop but not anymore. Your own employee today as this is posted was in there and knew how gross it was. Makes me wonder if anyone in this store has clean hands after the awful conditions I’ve seen over the course of a year.
Walked in to the Bakery to order a cake for my child’s birthday early in the morning. Asked the older woman behind the counter if I’m able to order a cake, she answered with a cold short “NO” so I ask why is it too early? She says that’s a stupid question and says they don’t take orders anymore because nobody wants to work… well I can certainly see why nobody wants to work with her.
I’ve never seen a worse run grocery store. You will ALWAYS be waiting in line for at least 10 minutes to check out, usually 15. Go to Meijer’s instead
