What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Second time visiting this location and first time visiting a Kroger in many years, and I must say I was very impressed with the houseware isle! I had no idea that Kroger had started selling these types of items. After only dealing with a commissary (military grocery store), for a number of years, it is good to find a grocery store that not only exceeded my expectations, but even has better inventory and prices! I have found my go-to grocery store!

  2. I have been a frequent visitor to this store, often purchasing flowers for our church meetings. Today, my purpose was a bit different – I came here to find a special beer, as requested by a friend who had invited fellow catechists from the church. The beer in question was Hawaiian Kona, something I hadn’t heard of before and was eager to try. Walking into this Kroger store was like entering a massive wonderland. The sheer scale of it made me contemplate the logistics involved in keeping the shelves well-stocked – from sourcing items to managing employees and systems. It left me impressed. However, what truly caught my attention was the store’s well-organized layout and the extensive range of offerings. It’s a one-stop destination with everything you could possibly need – even housing a Starbucks and a flower shop. Navigating the self-checkout, a helpful young man promptly assisted me in expediting the purchase, requiring my date of birth for verification. It’s an excellent store that truly provides a wonderful shopping experience!

  3. Never come back to this place ever again. There was this kind of old white man working there (probably in his 50s or so) not sure if he was the store manager. I didn’t appreciate how he dealt with the issue and said harsh things to me. First of all, if you didn’t come over to trigger at the first place, nothing would had happened. If you don’t allow something, you could had said, “mam, I am sorry, but…” instead talking to their customers so offensively. I had some negative experience with Kroger customer service before at other locations, but this time they pissed me off again. Kroger used to be the market I go to and it was the first choice. Not anymore. You can’t even hired and train people right to take care of your customers. This will be my last day shopping at the place and will not go to Kroger unless I am in the dessert and nothing else available. Your employee very disappointed and pissed me off today.

  4. Double check your receipts and the pricing of items you purchased! They literally charged me incorrectly for 5 items! I had to comeback and tell them what they did and they thought it was funny but I made them look stupid when I showed them all the items that “their” system incorrectly charged. They didn’t even do the refund correctly smh… this store is full of poor customer service and a lot of bozos

First time visiting this location and it was okay. There was a very distinct fish smell as soon as we entered the store, but the overall look of the store was very nice and seemed well kept. Overall a definite recommend and I would visit again.

In this time of ever-increasing prices, it’s a nice break to go online and apply those Kroger discount coupons to your user account. There are also specific unannounced discount tags on items on the shelf that you can just scan the QR code into your Kroger App, and get that discount when you check out. I plan my trips, so it’s not unusual for me to save 30% or more on my groceries, and you can see the savings at the bottom of your receipt. The only disappointment with shopping at Kroger is the single cashier checkout aisle. There are over a dozen self-checkout stations, but it’s a major PITA when I have a full cart. I don’t mind waiting for that unfortunate, overworked cashier, because my time waiting is compensated by my savings and the convenience of having my groceries bagged.

Prices suck and so does the produce and new self checkout. I just go to whole foods and Aldi now; prices are comparable , especially if you have Amazon prime. Items are fresh at the other groceries and I can always find assistance when needed. I will say the floral department and self checkout employees are wonderful. I really thought Kroger had improved and diversified, but I’m just not impressed anymore.

Y’all better come see Corry at the deli. That’s the best looking lunch bread I’ve seen in years! Customer service is amazing. The food is on point.

Dude turned me away @ 10:50pm 7/2/23. No reason, no apology. I said “Y’all close @ 11 man I don’t have any food at home.” He giggled and said “There’s a McDonalds RIGHT there.” like problem solved. Unacceptable. Time before this a different guy literally told me “We close in 5 minutes. Hurry up.” If you can’t handle people coming in to buy food during your normal posted hours, then go change out of your little baby pampers and be a man. Closing on time shouldn’t feel that insufferable.

This Kroger was clean and easy to navigate. There is a Starbucks and quiet seating area inside.

Would’ve given this Kroger 5 stars but Brian from the pharmacy has horrible people skills. He came off very rude , unpleasant , and unfriendly for no apparent reason. I was very sick and his low vibrational nasty attitude energy didn’t help at all. I hated having to deal with him twice. He definitely could benefit from a refresher training in customer service. Again the rest of the store and staff I’ve come across is amazing!

I will be looking for somewhere else for my pharmacy needs.

Kroger is a great place for groceries. The store is open and organized, and Starbucks is located inside. The self checkout had 2 of the 6 machines down, which slowed down the checkout process.

I am highly unhappy with this Kroger. I can see why they are losing business. My fiancé went to Kroger to buy me some wine (which he has bought alcohol from there before) and he was told he can not purchase alcohol unless he is a US Citizen. He showed them an international ID and they asked for his passport and he showed them and they still denied to sell him. He asked for the manager which then the two ladies went to get the manager but the manager would not talk to my fiancé. So sad that he was treated that way. I give this Kroger 0 stars.

Shame on Kroger for always putting the elderly workers outside in the hot heat stroke weather to get the carts that always breaks my heart instead give them something else to do and put a younger person in better health or alternate give them something like a fan to wear there’s many thing that could be done…that’s someone’s grandpa man like come on have a conscious breaks my heart seeing this! This needs to change asap! OSHA is also a thing Kroger! Get it together cause not cool at all! There’s certain conditions just can’t work in or shouldn’t! And he was doing a great job by the way wonderful he’s a hard working and I applaud him but come on treat your workers like valued people!
