2 weeks agoAbsolutely the most poorly managed Kroger I’ve ever stepped foot in and I’ve shopped at Kroger’s in 4 different states. Lines continuously stretch far back into the aisles because there’s never more than 2 checkout lanes open at a given time. Furthermore, only 1 side of the self checkout is ever open and you’re lucky if 4/6 of those are actually up and running. The store is dirty and shelves are often halfway stocked. Avoid at all costs if possible.a week agoDue to the fact that our shopping options are limited we wouldn’t shop here at all. We’re disabled without a vehicle. This location rarely has in stock what we need and if they do, they have it in the back for those that are ordering it first. Shelves aren’t stocked. And they aren’t honoring our ecoupons, we’ve had it this quite a few times. What can you do, it is what it is.a month agoAbsolutely no shock to discover rotting produce after purchasing a $6 salad. Do better kroger. SMH time and time again .This establishment is a joke, and eventually, someone is going to get really sick and sue this store .4 years agoWell I’ll start off by saying that I was actually pretty impressed with Kroger and I thought it was nice and clean and everyone in there was very nice and helpful and it was a very pleasant atmosphere and the ambiance was just right. Also the deli was well stocked with all of the delicious sides-o-noodle salad creations and delicious cuts of ham and turkey and chicken and roasted papaya and fried Lamb Chop and New York strip steaks and Ribeyes and T-Bones and everything you can imagine. I even had backstrap from a fresh deer. I was very surprised that their paté was top-notch. I was overcome with strange Sensations all over my body they were making me tingle and feel like lightning bolts were flying out of my arms and legs because the food was so delicious and it lit my nervous system afire. I will always return to this store when I need delicious food items, I forsake any other store under any other conditions and I will loyal to this Kroger for the rest of my life and I will name my firstborn child Kroger and he will be a valiant conqueror and he will change the world by making Kroger the best in the world. Thank you for your support. Have a nice day.3 months agoThis is the worst Kroger ever!! Molding food in packages on shelves, deli workers & selection are horrible. Not much international foods to choose from, none in the deli & the store is filthy. I’ve was attacked by a customer at the self check out. Employee knew the guy and did nothing. A customer offered to walk me to my car because I’m a youngish female and that customer thought that guy might wait to hurt me outside. It was that bad. STAY AWAY FROM MILAN KROGER!!! Employees won’t do anything if you’re attacked in line & the store item selection is at a bare minimum which includes moldy bread & meat. Shut this store down before someone gets hurt or sick from their expired food.

4 months agoFor being a smaller Kroger, they still had most of the products that you would find in one of their larger stores. The checkout lined moved fast, which is nice for people who want to go in and get out quickly. It’s nice that you can shop online and have them do the shopping for you, and bring it out to your car. The only disadvantage of that is when it comes to fresh fruits and veggies. You get what they pick. Sometimes, the freshness of the strawberries and other berries get overlooked. Nice experience overall though3 weeks agoI deliver Instacart orders and my customer needed a 15ib bag of dog food. There wasn’t any on the shelf and only one 5ib bag.. I asked Jake and he and Tyler promptly found a 16ib bag in the back for me. They were so happy to help I promised I’d give them a shout out. Dundee Kroger has staff that are willing to help by going an extra mile.2 months agoThis is the most kindest most adorable kind of people you would ever meet and they are so slow that people will even cut in front of you at the line.also they didn’t even give me the right medications. How is it that the management doesn’t make sure the appearance of the store outside looks presentable? Half the carts are outside. This handicap cart is probably dead due to the fact they left the battery to get cold. Smh it’s 5:30 am and the managers here are just horrible.
A little over a year ago I came here and was so upset that the store was filthy, I stocked to the max. Ceiling tiles were missing almost throughout the whole store.
I may still have the 17 pix I took of Kroger then.
Around Thanksgiving I took a look in the discounted meat area. What do you know, the store has allowed who ever to tear of the original price and mark it for sale. Just wow! Who would even buy it then? I sure wouldn’t!
People always wonder where I get my beautiful flower arrangements from and my secret is no secret, Krogers! ❤️

Nice store, but my disabled friend almost fell over trying to navigate through the cluttered isles that were being restocked. One of the guys restocking was mouthy saying my friend was making a mess when he accidentally ran into random boxes that were scattered throughout. How about restocking on third shift? How about not disrespecting people that are disabled?
This store is about 3 blocks away from my house but I only stop here if I need a couple of items because its old and rundown so I drive the extra distance to Jackman Road. If they cared about their associates & customers they would use some of the billions in profits to remodel this busy store. I know this store is profitable. Its busy all the time. I was there tonight & my cashier Anna was very friendly so Anna gets 5 stars but the store gets 3 only because everything I needed was in stock.
Very ghetto. Lady pulls out giant coupon book. Takes 30 min. Then instead of trying to speed up line for those waiting. Clerk leaves. Strands everyone. Also worst parking lot ever. Staffs always very nice though. Products are fresh.
