Android might as well not exist. Don’t even try to get technical with them because they just have no clue at all. I’ve literally been in here multiple times and heard different associates spout of incorrect nonsense to people just as clueless. New phones and high end models are rarely in-stock. My son picked up a new phone ordered through the Verizon app. Turn in old device at store was selected at checkout. The store would not take the old phone now Verizon just sent me a email stating my credit was cancelled because we didn’t turn in my old device. I also selected to have the store assist with the transfer to the old phone. They would not do that either. When a case was purchased at the store, the military discount was not given even though it is on the account as a veteran and my son is also in the military. Customer service through #611 was also useless. They couldn’t send me a box to return the old phone because I had selected to return it to the store. Then they told me they don’t recommend people select that option…. Verizon PLEASE DO NOT OFFER AN OPTION YOU DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!By Andrew Coz (2 weeks ago)I no longer have Verizon for my phone service. I went into the newport news va store to get a print out copy of my last two bills at the direction of Verizon customer service. At the store I was greeted by a young manager by the name of Cabe. Or at lest I thi k that was his name. Some young blue eye kid. Anyways I asked him for the print out of my bill as it was instructed by customer service. He attempted to login to my account but was unsuccessful because my numbers were ported to a new provider. The manager told me because my numbers were ported that he could not access my account. I explained again to him that I was directed by Customer service to come to a store. He started to speak to me in a ln tone and posture that wasn’t friendly. I would best describe it as unflattering approach, the type of approach young kids take towards old people (I’m 39). The Manger then told me I wasn’t a customer so he could not help me. He asked that I call customer service and when I reach them to hand him my phone so he could speak to them. I refused to call customer care on my phone and then pass it to him. I asked him to call customer care. He refused. I asked for the GM. He refused to call him on his day off. We began to bicker. The Manger decided instead of making a phone call, he walked away stating we were done and began to help another customer. I left the wishing the next group of customers good luck dealing with this POS. If this store is ran by a manager with limited customer service skills I wouldn’t expect much better from the remainder of the staff. I am the manager should be training people to be great customer service providers but how can one do such if your terrible as it. As I left the store I called customer service again. After an hour a gentleman was able to have his manager print and mail my last 2 bills. I wish the lady I spoke to 3 day prior was able to do the same. I originally came in to find out why my phone was not charging Kiara was so patient while she listened to what I wanted, with her experience and expertise I ended up purchasing the pixel 7 phone, watch and jbl ear bud when the phone came in she was equally attentive to help me get setup. Though the store was very busy and she multitasked to help team members I never felt unattended I highly recommend this location. We purchased an iPhone from this store, told we’d get trade-in $400 rebate, next day Verizon email arrived with billing total, no $400 rebate. Called Verizon and told there would be a $100 rebate, told Verizon the salesman Michael told us there’d be $400, Verizon said Michael was incorrect. We told Verizon we felt we’d been conned, requested a “follow-up” return call. Week later called the 3rd party Verizon store, Michael no longer employed. I just had a great experience working with Gregory Yuksel regarding replacement of my Verizon Fios STB’s. First time I’ve ever had a good experience with any of the Verizon outlets. Fine young man. Very helpful. Highly recommend him as a customer service representative!
FIOS box took a, well you know, today. Phone support was typical Verizon trash! By the time you get to a person, you’re ready to explode!!!
HOWEVER, here at the store Crystal was beyond helpful! Pleasant to work with and treated me like a true human should treat people!!!

Janice handled our internet and phone transfer from xfinity. She was very pleasant and helpful! She even stayed late to help us get everything done.
For the last month I have gone round and round with Verizon and FiOS and couldn’t get anything accomplished. I was sent to this store from a friend who said the staff was great and I have to agree that it was. I was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. I was so turned off by Verizon, and it showed in my attitude but the ladies were so pleasent. I would have canceled all my service if it wasn’t for the store manager Janice and her staff, they even offered me water (who does that). This old school type of customer service needs to be brought back into most of your store. If anything the ladies here should train all the other Verizon employees in how to interact with upset customers. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any location. Thank you ladies for your service and southern charm.
