They try to upsell everything….and make it look nice in one package….their phone cases are mediocre, please don’t get any extra charging asessories from them, its not from the manufacturer of the phone but generic stuff. They come across nice but it’s fake…they just want your money. I will never go back there. He shut 3 of my phones off charged me for 3 new ones and then said he could not sell my anything else and I would not be able to get any of the per motions because his back office denied it. Then lied several times to myself and Verizon customer service had two different men trying to intimidate me. Worst experience I have ever had with any Verizon store. He was so on himself that he showed me his car keys to prove he wasn’t poor. That really threw me off. I am a disabled military veteran and it took all I have to not inflict harm. I would definitely give this store five stars, because the store (employees) deserves it. Only one thing did unpleasantly surprised me (and that’s what I’m not giving store five stars) – there is no bathroom for customers..!!! ????
Customers bathroom should be part of every company’s store dealing with public (and most of the companies do have them), especially in the area like here, where major portion of the population is over 50, (believe me we need our (your) bathrooms everywhere we go – aaaand often…. When they’re not there, we feel irritated, uncomfortable and we just want to run out… Not the best scenario for business to make money…????????????)
Needed to know how to update my address. Instead of the guy telling me I could do it online they expected me to wait. Out of 4 people only one at the time was helping a customer. By the time they called me I already figured out that I could update the address online and was walking out the door.
My grandma kept asking the guy if they had any sales and he refused to answer her. Dude just say something like the sales depend on your current contact or something you sales tactics were trash.
Jamie was absolutely ???? so amazing to work with. We needed to get a new phone and he took the time to explain the new program and we ended up getting 2 new phones and it worked out so good we even received $1000 trade in credit for my broken phone! Thank you Jamie…..
