  1. I’ve had two recent experiences here- both times staff was great… but the manager here does a great job doing his best to make sure you’re taken care of when you have an issue. I had a HUGE billing issue and he was super communicative and ended up getting it fixed. Thanks guys!

  2. Walked in and was prepared to buy a new tablet but was told they’re doing appoints only and the guy flat out said twice he couldn’t help me today. Oh well! Rude and unprofessional, if they’re by appointment only i completely understand and had I known I would’ve made an appointment in advance but this guy was not willing to help in any way obviously. Wont be back!

  3. I have a business account, but this time I decided to go into the store and just handle getting a couple of new phones for some of my folks. Young man named Kevin put me on his list I was able to just very quickly tell him what I needed and since I wasn’t in a rush to get the phones in my hand I let him get back with me the next day. When I went to pick them up he had everything bagged ready to roll. I really appreciate him being able to work me in like that and my employees will appreciate the brand new s22s they just got

  4. Best customer service and very impressed. I stopped to get my traded phone return, and an agent went extra miles to pack and took care of the process for me to drop it off at UPS. He was very helpfu and kind.

  5. After years of abuse I needed to replace my old phone. Not only did they have the latest version of it, but they were able to adjust my bill so I wouldn’t see an increase in cost. They saw savings I missed and helped me get it. That is customer service!

    I had just purchased my son a new IPhone 14 at another Verizon store in town today and after we got home we realized the cellular data was not working. We ran to this Verizon store for help and Daniel was awesome. He immediately knew what was wrong and how to get his phone working. He had the phone working within 10 minutes. Daniel was so polite and helpful!! I definitely give Daniel 10 stars!! We will definitely come back to see Daniel for any of our Verizon needs!

    Recently upgraded my phone and while that was an ok experience, I’ve had trouble since then with my son’s phone being suspended. No payment issues, no issues with “just for kids” plan, but something happened during the process of me upgrading that is now disrupting my sons service. I’m currently dealing with this issue for the 3rd time in a week. In store rep was Eddie. I’d advise further training for employees.

    They are fast and efficient. But When they do so-called phone deals with you, your bill ends up showing something completely different and they can’t fix it. For example we got.phones and the deal of the time of purchasing is the phones would be only fifty dollars not a half a grand each that is what we were told. We questioned the person and they said yeah they will be fifty dollars and your bill will only be two dollars and some change a month for each one..well it is not. They are regular prices and we are paying over two hundred dollars now. And they can’t fix it for us. So I cannot give them a higher score than this.

    A particular employee (sales representative): Daniel ‘Dan’; deserves A RAISE if anyone does! He is a GREAT GUY AND EMPLOYEE! He is so considerate and actually cares about the feelings of his customers! I absolutely love this guy!! Actually went to the extent of going all the way to hope mills from Ramsey street just to ask his opinion on certain things about my account and to ask his advice amongst certain things that I was unsure of doing! He simplified everything I was confused with and made my decision so much easier for me than it was before meeting with him! He knows his job and does an excellent servicing for his customers! Great guy and i highly recommend him to anyone who visits this store in the future! ASK FOR DANIEL!!!

    I was having the worst time with my application due the fraud department doing all types of things but being helpful all due to an application started online and then trying to complete in store . The manager KALYA was beyond helpful & very patient. She took her time to help the process the many times we had to come back into the store to get the phone . She is very knowledgeable, kind & does her best to help customers. I would say promote her & a good raise ! She is top tier customer service and the only reason I continued to become a customer , if it wasn’t for her I would have took my money to another company. Great working with her 😉

    Have been to this location twice now. My first experience I wasn’t the most pleasant as I was frustrated from being walked in circles about getting my number swapped/activated. (I’m sorry!) They were still patient and still helped me. The second time I was having issues with my phone charging. Was promptly greeted, explained my issue, and was helped and problem solved incredibly quickly to where my husband and I were shocked at how fast and easy it was.

    My mother and I had a terrible experience with a worker named Allen. I brought her there to upgrade her phone because she had the J3. He was rude and short with us both as if he didn’t want to work with us. He sold us the phone snd basically told her he could do no more. My mother is 78 and i came from out of town to make sure she had communication and she was very upset by the treatment we were given. Luckily, i knew how to set up the phone or she would not have been able to use it. There was another gentleman in there who was much more helpful after he got up and went in the back. We will never frequent this Verizon again and there is a lot of opportunity there for training and improvement. I personally don’t have Verizon and based on the way my mother and I were treated I WILL NEVER have Verizon. Allen Will definitely make you lose customers! At the very least he needs to be taught manners and basic customer service. If i could rate a 0 I would.
