Went to lingerie (Bra) department and they had a guy in that department!!!
He was not able to help me???? they had no fitter and the two women that he kept asking were too busy having a conversation!
Macy’s, connects to Dillard’s, and then to Sears,, and then to JC Penny, equals to Saturday afternoon indoor 10,000 steps walk ????
All credit for this review goes to Elizabeth from Estee Lauder in cosmetics. She’s absolutely great at what she does. I have no experience in makeup and she knew just what I needed. She was friendly and gentle and knows her work. I would and plan to go back because of this young woman. Thanks for all your help, Elizabeth!
7/6/23, with the exception of 1 salesperson, male in shoe department, I had a Terrible long wasted time trying to find 1 sales service person: 1). Beauty Supply Dept., there was only 1 person, female working; she was applying cosmetics to a male while having conversations. I waited around the area killing time until she would assist me. After 15-20 minutes waiting looking things around the area, I asked her if she would know if another employee would assist me in Clinique; And, she Rudely Snapped at me, yelling me she wwsa going g to get to me when she had time and cut me off as if I was a piece of trash. I left. I went to another cashier and that employee was navigating her cellphone and she gave me her back like she didn’t want to be bothered. I left. On my way out of Macy’s I thought maybe the male cashier in shoe dept. may help me. He did help me and he was very eager to help me get a pair of shoes plus he was very courteous and efficient. After I paid I decided to buy a purse, and I went to the gentlemen in the shoe dept. to assist me. He just went to the purse dept. to remove the tag from the purse and I paid him. I told him about no one working to assist for purchases in the Beauty dept and the one applying make up to a customer had been been with the same person about 20 minute s and she was rude when inquiring about someone else helping me purchase cosmetics.
Finally, since I didn’t received good service from employees, with 1 exception as I explained from shoe dept. I wouldn’t return back to buy anything from that Macy’s location in Cielo Vista Mall. Those employees behaved so Rude, Inefficient, and Hostile. The employees treated me as if they had any right to Disparage me, refuse a service and as if they were too good to be waiting on me. I was Insulted, and Disadvantaged wasting my time and my schedule believing that Nancy’s hired serious, courteous and professional services.; but unfortunately I was disappointed.
Always very clean; ok customer service. They have beautiful clothes. Purses n shoes. Great make up n fragrances
