3 months agoCostco is good. If they bring back any diet monster energy drink options and axe body wash, it will great. They keep the crowds moving even when it’s busy.a year agoAs always Costco on top of my favorite stores. Lots of good quality stuff in here with exceptional exclusive goods to offer. This particular store has some variety of produce that other stores don’t have. Honestly the only a few things I like here is the Asian salad, fruit and veggies are very reasonable and last, Kirkland house coffee because it’s Starbucks brand , the banquet are delicious with soups and their soft serve with strawberry topping at store on your way out. That’s it. I shop at bj because it online on app and pick up in store or have it delivered to car. And prefer their meats there and clip their coupons on items I get . One very much dislike is that it seems every time I go in they ask for my membership card while am standing in line and ask for Id.a month agoBought chicken thighs yesterday that expire on 7/28/23 but opened the package today (7/23/23) and they smell awful! Like rotten eggs. Called to get a refund and they made us drive the chicken all the way back to the store which isn’t exactly close (30 minute drive). They need better customer service. This has happened in the past at other grocery stores and they refunded us over the phone. Wouldn’t recommend buying their chicken but they have other good prepackaged food.

5 months agoI went to Costco b/c I wanted to give up my Sam’s club membership but Costco is higher than Sam’s club & a longer drive from my home. For the price they charge for a membership you would think the prices would be a lot cheaper but there not. See photos & compare yourself!!! I won’t return.5 months agoI visited this location on a Sunday when Philly needed to grab bottles of water. I knew other nearby Philly Costco would be out because most likely people all go there, so I decided to hit this location to try my lucky instead. Luckily when I got there, plenty of water available. After 10mins later, I see a line and empty aisle. I was also lucky to grab the Costco tumbler that tell you the temperature on the top of the cap. Service here was just like other locations, but here had people directing you and even a staff scanning for you at self check out to speed up the cashier line as there were a long line behind us.2 months agoMy wife and I were impressed by the variety of products that this club store offers. I also checked a number of items against Amazon and found I will save several dollars buying from COSTCO. Of course, since we do not have any children to feed, buying most of the meat and produce items would be ridiculous due to the fact we do not have a giant fridge or freezer. But there are many jar and canned items along with non-grocery items that would make sense for us to buy. For instance, I can save several dollars by purchasing my OTC allergy medications rather than buying from Amazon or Target.So after walking up and down every aisle we decided to join the club. Of course the new member associate tries very, very, very hard to sell you on the idea of buying the Executive Membership @ $120 (it saves you an extra 2% on each purchase). If you do decide to buy this level of members you can get the downgrade before the end of the membership year (running June to June) and get the $60 difference in the Basic & Executive levels refunded. My wife and I also save $30 (refunded as a gift card in 4 – 6 weeks) because we had an offer received in the mail that provided this extra savings benefit.
COSTCO also has its own pharmacy, prescription lenses and frames shop, car tire shop, discounted gas station selling top-tier gasoline and EV charging service along with extra value items online as well as travel and many other services. They even have their own in-store quick service snack shop if you’re starving after spending 2 hours roaming the aisles.
So I’m going to keep a spreadsheet, tracking each purchase so that I can determine whether it was truly worth joining this club, especially at the Executive Membership level.
It certainly was an experience. Of course you are going to have to allow extra time when shopping in a warehouse type of store like COSTCO.
a year agoLove to buy stuff in Costco. Everything is of good quality and much better prices.This location has a gas station, tire center, pharmacy and optical center too.
I must recommend the tire center! My husband had his car’s tires changed from Costco Tire Center quite some time ago. Then one day he got a flat tire and another with nails in. I drove the car to have the tires fixed but was told that they were not reparable. So they had to replace both tires. To my surprise, they were still within warranty and I had to pay not quite even 1/3 for the replacements!
3 months agoCould it be possible that someone who has never been to Costco might be the only person who doesn’t love it? Undoubtedly, there are few things more thrilling than purchasing high-quality products at prices lower than the average. When customers are treated with love and care, as they are at Costco, the experience becomes absolutely exceptional. By mentioning Costco, I’m referring to all the stores under its umbrella name. However, today I’d like to specifically acknowledge the location in Mt. Laurel #749, NJ, and express my gratitude to the manager, Marvin Solis. I’m mentioning his name here to thank him for assisting me in finding a product that I had been searching for but couldn’t locate. Even though I could only provide a description and not the exact name of the product, Marvin took the time to search through all the items that matched my description. He contacted various Costco stores in the area and managed to find the product for me. That day, I decided to provide feedback about this store. Unfortunately, not all of the employees there exhibit the same level of commitment as Marvin. At the self-checkout, I encountered a worker who not only failed to assist me promptly but also raised her voice when I asked for help. I believe her name, as best as I could read it, was Antoinette (please forgive me if it’s not entirely accurate). While I am eager to recognize Marvin Solis, I would prefer to avoid encountering Antoinette or individuals like her when I visit Costco. Such individuals may not discourage us from shopping at Costco, but they do dampen our spirits and make us feel disheartened. On the contrary, Marvin and the majority of the employees at Costco make us feel special, prompting us to share our positive experiences with our friends and family.

As usual a standard Costco. A very well stacked items and collections of things are very good. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Parking is somewhat cumbersome for first timers. Somewhat medium accessible from interstate. A lot of Asian based collections you can see here especially Indian items. Produce , bakery all is clean and fresh. Missing their vegetable pizza and they are not making anymore ☹️. All in all you will enjoy the store ????
This Costco seems to be hidden behind famous King Of Prussia mall but as soon as you arrive nearer, you experience different life. Loyal members and customers, carts over flowing, never ending check out lines, cars waiting in each lane praying someone would leave !
But, Costco uses right number of people at right place. You can come out much faster than you would imagine.

As a Costco member, that means you get to go to different Costco to check out their products and also stock up some on sale items. The store is clean and, just like any other Costco, organized.
This review is for the Tire Center only. It has been a mixed experience, that’s why a 3 star. I have been using Costco Tire Center for many years and they have been serving me well on my cars until the recent 2 – 3 years that some of the staff members have been very unprofessional. To be more specific, I had a bad experience with one technician recently. Had a flat tire and a visible nail so went to the tire center for a repair. It was a busy day and waited more than 2 hours which is normal. The technician came out and told me that the tire was beyond repairable, “There are 3 nails…” which surprised me as I inspected the tire myself. It was almost 8 PM on that day. But, I trusted them so came back on the 2nd day to do the paperwork on the replacement, paid onsite, and scheduled an appointment while waiting for the tire to be ordered. A few days later, my son went to the tire center to get the tire replaced while I was on a business trip. When I came back and checked the car, I didn’t see a new tire! Seems they patched the tire instead of replacing it and didn’t refund me the money nor any explanation. I don’t know if someone simply misjudged or was playing the game because it was almost at the end of their day. Not a coincidence, I had a bad experience with the same technician 2 years back when she quoted me 4 run-flat tires while my car clearly has a spare tire and replaced tires at the same location before. The rest folks at that location seem fine, one or two of them are very friendly and easy to work with, such as the manager and the supervisor. I have my full respect for female technicians but not at this location.
Always have good selection and cost me over $200+ every time we go.
