I have a terrible experience with the customer service, i have bought a 2100 CM dinning table with 8 chairs recently but because of the table leg design chairs cannot fit in the dinning table. Customer service doesnt care at all and telling me it is not their problem. I expected from a famous company like Harvey norman to care more about customer satisfaction.
