2 months agoI enjoy shopping at this Kroger location. The new self checkout lanes are confusing and inadequate for a store this size. No one knew where to form a line as there wasn’t enough space because of the proximity to the shopping aisles. One couple with two full shopping carts was in one of the fast lanes and customers with only a few items were in the lines designed for larger purchases. Poor planning on the part of Management.4 months agoThis rating isn’t for the store itself but for the employees. One inparticular is the big girl named Tina that runs the register. Hope you don’t go thru the line with her working because she has an awful attitude, obviously hates her job and would rather play on her phone than take care of customers. ????3 months agoManagement needs to do something about the amount of scammers that pop up in this parking lot. I’m sick of people asking me to donate to their fake cause when I’m pushing a cart to my car.9 months agoI am so frustrated with this Kroger location on Lascassas Pike. About a month ago I went to pick up a grocery order only to get home and realize they had left out $114 of my order. I called each department and never got an answer. So I made the 26 mile round trip back and got my groceries. Never got an apology. I filed a complaint, they called me at a later date to appologize (which meant a lot, that’s all I want is good customer service after working in CS for years.) and offered to send me a gift card. A month later, I never received the gift card, again not a huge deal cause I just want good service. But today, I had someone pick up a grocery order for me (I have the flu) and get home only to find they gave me the WRONG ORDER. I called and they answered but they want the order back (fine with me, but remember I have the flu and the groceries were brought into my house. They should not be sent home with another family to possibly catch the flu. And I did tell them this.) Again, NO apology and the woman on the phone sounded very annoyed, as if it’s my fault and not theirs. I highly recommend against their pick up service. They do not treat customers good and apparently can’t organize orders in a way that you get the right order.2 weeks agoIs it just me or does anyone else feel like they are unable to use their phones when you get to this location like seriously I get into the parking lot and my phone is useless……..

a year agoUpate:2/28/22- I was delivered a 3 pound package of rotten hamburger. I sent the order number and photo of the meat to customer service. I was told my order number couldn’t be found and it was then dropped. I’m done giving Kroger my money. Aldi is going to take a lot of Kroger’s business!! ————– Original post: Shopping in store is fine but delivery is the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Sometimes they go hours over the 2 hour time slot. The substitutions are awful. Today I asked for $2 bag of yellow rice and without asking me, it was replaced with $13 jasmine rice that I can’t even use in my recipe. Yesterday, they delivered the wrong groceries to me and took mine somewhere else. I was in the middle of cooking and needed those groceries. When they brought my stuff back, my ice cream was melted bcuz it took so long. Delivery is $9.95. I’m 2 minutes from the store. But we have covid so we can’t get out. It would be worth the fee, if the shoppers could get it right.6 months agoBe careful in the Pharmacy, I just had major surgery and they shorted my medication. I called and was told “to bad, we’re right and you’re wrong”. This is disgusting! They either stole from me or truly can’t count. Either way, I’ll never use Kroger again!!!! Count your meds before leaving the store.4 months agoThis Kroger is a very large Kroger with a wide variety of just about everything you need. The staff is very helpful and parking is always available and so are buggies. Lol3 years agoI stopped at this booth while shopping in Kroger. I sampled the ever ready Boarshead chicken, their havarti cheese and sweet chili garlic hummus. I liked them so much I purchased all three.6 months agoAlways a great shopping experience. Staff is friendly. Almost always have the items I’m looking for. And I’m excited for the new updates we’re getting at this location!

This is a great location with huge variety of fresh produce, meats, deli, etc. Kroger has been a long standing staple in the area for decades. Probably the only area for improvement as of this visit is if they just put the carts back. Had to hunt for one. Other than that, a wide variety of everything you might need in a grocery store plus more than you expected.
I absolutely love this store. I’ve been there everyday this week and even signed up for a membership to save money but I haven’t saved anything yet. I love the variety that they offer and there salad bar is ALWAYS clean. Workers are always super friendly. Love the fresh flowers too!❤️????
Sunday after Church/Lunch. Everyone picking up items for the week. 3 lanes open that are not self serve. Lines backed up into aisles. In an attempt to get out of the madness, decided to use self serve w/ conveyor belt. What a mistake! The belt tossed strawberries on the floor, mashed bread & broke non refrigerated single pizza crust. I now remember why i have been shopping at Publix.
Very nice grocery store, I’m from North Carolina so I’m used to Harris teeter instead of Kroger, but I’m pretty sure that Kroger owns Harris teeter now, so they’re very similar so I felt at home. They had a lot of variety and the prices weren’t terrible. It was a more upscale grocery store, but that’s what you expect from a Kroger I guess as far as Krogers go, I would say a really nice one. Definitely come here if you’re looking for groceries or anything other than groceries.
I visited the Kroger store on Veteran’s Parkway this morning. The people working there were courteous, friendly and helpful. The cashier was efficient and nice, as well as the woman who was bagging the groceries. I was very happy with the customer service provided there. It made my day!
