I showed up here after visiting 3 Home Depot stores that had non functional panel saw. And this Lowe’s was a life saver.

Very disappointed with the customer service here, use to be amazing… I went around 1030am with my sons, we come once a week or more because my son is on the spectrum and loves the fans and lights. It’s safe to say I spend wayyyy to much money here every week. They lost my business today due to their customer service dealing with false advertising and care for customers. First off I found a light set (pictured) on sale. I even asked the employee Herb about it and the length of it. I came to the self check out and they said it is the wrong item… and made me go with my sons to go get a photo of it…. Crystal said the box matched what it was on the box completely… but the numbers don’t match because they put the new product out but didn’t remove the sale price of the old box above… literally the same product! I wanted the same price due to their false advertising…. they said they can’t do it. I am not coming back due to not doing what was right, fixing their mistake. I am more than happy to take this down if Lowe’s wants to do what is right. I don’t blame Crystal or herb, they were nice just following the rules of corporate… if you don’t believe me look at your cameras today at 11am. Thank you.
The guy who was supposed to help me with blinds just walked away after being asked by his associate to help me with cutting some blinds. Finally found him a half hour later leaving his shift to go home. He completely walked away after being asked to help me. I waited for a half hour and had him paged on the speakers 4 times.
I’ve been coming to this store for over 8 years. I’ve bought everything from small screws to garden supplies to appliances here.
This store has everything a home improvement store should have but it’s basically self service. The employees at customer service and in the aisles range from neutral/not helpful to actively not helpful/passive aggressive. Cashiers are okay.
Unfortunately Home Depot nearby isn’t much better.

Worst customer service ever. Pickup service never showed up to retrieve return. Wasted a day waiting for these people. Called multiple times was assured they where coming. Called Lowes today to figure out what happened yesterday. Was on hold over 30+ minutes and no one came to check/ update me before I finally hung up. Will waste more of my day calling them back later. Delivery team on the other hand is awesome. Only positive. Quick, efficient, courteous.
*Update* 1-17-2024
After physically going to the store due to not being able to speak to anyone, another pickup scheduled and another no show… with countless additional phone calls! Happy to say the fire hazard blocking my hallway has finally been picked up. Five days late, now just waiting on my refund. I am enjoying my new replacement washing machine. Been years since I’ve had something nice. Only good part of the whole transaction.
