Clean store and restrooms. The jewelry counter has a wonderful older gentleman that provides excellent customer service. He is polite and helpful. Wore a suit and tie. He represented Macy’s with excellence!! Some clearance sales with descent prices. Plenty of parking in the afternoon and the Starbucks inside Macy’s is easy to access. Over all great customer service in this store.Go check it out!11 months agoI jokingly refer to Macy’s as “the mothership,” but since I was a freshman in college it has been a staple in my shopping excursions. The deals can’t be beat, and I’m a slave to Last Act (any department), especially at the end of a season. Back Stage hasn’t been my most favorite, but for home goods and men’s casual apparel it’s worth a browse whenever I go in. I’m such an evangelist that I had my husband apply for a card and get his wedding suit there last year! I only have two ongoing qualms: the near-constant moving of departments, and the lacking cleanliness – both of which I can mentally set aside. Earlier this week I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon a new Kentucky section on the second floor, and just a few aisles away, a Toys R Us installation! I’ll give it to them, Macy’s is trying to innovate and stay afloat, and I’m here to help. Shoutout to Darrell on the third floor in home/bedding – he helped me several times while pregnant and knows that floor inside out! I also want to thank customer service on the first floor for extending me a courtesy gift certificate ($25) after I bought a dress for a wedding last week, and the day of I went to put it on, and found a security tag on the sleeve – an hour and a half before the wedding! That was a nice gesture.a month agoMacy’s always has a nice selection to choose from. Prices vary, the reason being you have so many different suits, pants, etc, to choose from, most of their stuff is high quality, friendly staff, prices are reasonable and plenty of free parking.a month agoI don’t normally shop at Macy’s, but I’m working on redoing my wardrobe and this was a disappointment. There were plenty of ladies in the make up area but none anywhere else besides checking people out. The clothes were disheveled and everywhere and the shoe area was a disappointment. I can see why they aren’t doing well.

It was getting pretty dingy. I actually found some men’s cloths that I was interested in buying. I’ll go back when I have a little time to look things over more thoroughly.in the last weekA classic for most people so a great place to get a variety of items for the entire family. High end but usually they have sales specials and you can get great deals and the quality is made much bettera month agoThis is a very nice Macy’s. Most of the staff is very nice and helpful. They have clothes, purses, shoes, perfumes, cologne and almost anything else you need for fashion. Very up to date. They do have clearance items all the way up to the very expensive.

I had such a great experience with Rizzy! She works at impulse and helped me find the right shade of lip gloss and liner for my lips!! I love my new shade and I can’t wait to use all my new products! She was very knowledgeable about all the products she was recommended. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! Give that girl a raise!!
Huge store with a nice inventory of clothing, shoes, etc! The store was well organized and clean. The employees were friendly with finding the sizes we needed. Will definitely be back.
The store is always clean. It is easy for me to find what I am looking for. Macy always has great sales, from purses to pillows.
The only one thing is that some of the check- outs do not have employees there. However, this will not stop me from my favorite store.
Please, for the love of god do not buy Macys furniture.
1) Delivery: took 8 months to get couch (told that it would take 2)
2) Product: couch was not the color we ordered
3) Quality: DEFINITELY could have gotten something better from another store and regret getting the couch. i bought it for 3k and had it less than a year and the recliner broke on one of the chairs (luckily still under warranty)
4) Customer Service: literally THE WORST too much to get into but basically it’s been more than a month since the technician came to fix my couch but it’s still broke and now they don’t thing they will be able to get the button to fix it for AT LEAST 2 more months.
Overall: it’s just been a terrible experience and I’m not impressed with the couch in any aspect and if o hadn’t waited so long to get it I would have returned it. So disappointed garbage…… I got, got.
Got some couches from Macy, the service was excellent. Shahin Moeini helped me throughout the entire purchase. He was very patient and responsible. I had some issues midway with the shipping and delivery and he helped me with that part too. Excellent!
