2 weeks agoMacy’s just like any other. If you have shopped at Macy’s location, then you know what to expect. You get good quality clothing and top quality items. I’m not much of a Macy’s shopper, but when I do. I shop when they do their holiday event sales. They do it for any and every holiday. Besides those sales, you won’t catch out there shopping.2 months agoLove the Home section. Always visit shoes and purse deparment and clothing of course. a year agoI purchased a pair of Ray-bands from this Sunglasses Hut, a month and a half later the pair lost a screw; not due to negligence but to use, and I went to the store to have it replaced to find out they didn’t have any spare screws that would fit my $250 pair of ray-bands. The sales associate offered me a pair of ray-bands for “half-price” as the “guarantee” this store will honor in a year. Now, let me start by saying, I was told that I could come to have these sun glasses serviced at any time without any issues, if they arose. This store failed miserably. They need to provide better service to their clients, these are not $5-10 sun glasses. A guarantee of a “half-price” off a pair of sun glasses due to poor quality material is unacceptable. Don’t shop here, go to ray-bands instead and you’ll receive better customer care and a better product. I was greeted by Christian G. He searched for 5 minutes for a screw to then determine they didn’t have anything that would fit my style (navigator sun glasses). His recommendation was to take them to lens crafter. Sunglass Hut needs to do better…a year agoI am a loyal customer and have never had a problem, until I bought some apparently new glasses. After a few days I decide to put them on and notice a bump, I went to the store to complain and they will know the rest, I should have made sure that the glasses were new before taking them with me. They lost me as a customer.10 months agoTerrible customer service to sell they talk a lot, I bought a jug for almost $300 so that after a month and a year I would lose the pin on my glasses, they don’t know what to do, they can’t do anything, they are one thing to sell but not to cover a guarantee, they are useless not even to solve a simple pin5 years agoWonderful place to buy beautiful glasses. The employees treated me very well. They gave me good options in my purchases. I recommend this place. They have very good products and the prices are very good. In addition to discounts. He he. I went To Puerto Rico for a Birthday party and they left the tag On the only dress Alf clothes I had that means your guys ruined my birthday party because I didn’t want to assist because didn’t have any clothes and it was already after 9;00 omg the worse worse and The worse part I did ask the lady twice she’s said no everything is ok that means after spending money on my dress , flight tickets, car rental , and AIRBNB FOR NOTHING, something so easy to do like the job employees should do this is the worse experience ever

I just bought an apt. in Isla verde PUERTO RICO. I CAUGHT A GREAT FOURTH OF JULY SALE.
For five hundred dollars I was able to buy bedding and kitchen utensils and china for four.
Cool place specially for femenine wear and even has a Toys”R”Us at the top floor where you can find many toys, especially LEGOS. Just clarifying, there are men clothing on the first floor, but they didn’t seem very attracting and at low prices, but they are there.
The service was deficient. We were the only clients in the men’s department looking around and no one asked us if we wanted anything. After several requests for help then a employee helped us out.
