The best Uniqlo flagship store where there is always something to buy. The payment line is always long but the staff is very efficient and fast so there isn’t too much waiting. The fitting rooms are another story. It’s usually best to buy and try it at home.
Very nice renovation and various collection of clothes. Staffs -1 are especially nice, however a staff on 0 floor at the automatic machine was not nice. We were directed by staffs -1 to reissue the ticket since we didn’t get one due to issue with machine. Just requested to sign the ticket but didn’t give us one. Then staff on 0 floor was not willing to give one. After insisting, she gave one.
The worst Uniqlo. they refused to change the size of the leggings because I opened the box, but how was I supposed to measure them? if I took them to click and collect!??? Moreover, the box of leggings that I chose was opened in the same way and was accepted before apparently without any problems! never set foot in this store again
Yeah it’s nice, but was very busy when we visited.
Just hell. Overcrowded, with poor choice of goods, non existent staff, impossible to find any advertised collaboration, dirty, and self checking system wants you to round up your purchase price (strangely they never round the total down). Try to avoid at all costs.
