6 months agoJust came in to grab a shirt for me and my son and the experience has been uncomfortable. The loss prevention guy keeps walking up to every black person in the store asking do they have anything in their pockets seems a little weird and uncomfortable as a black shopper as a black customer as a black man Get it right Ross!!!!!! Won’t be back to this location for a while…..a month agoI went here looking for cheap electronics. Looking for an older USB cord. Sadly, their electronics section had a pretty slim selection. TJ would be a better bet.5 months agoI recommend to go here on Mondays because that’s when they get new things. I just wish that they could open more then three cashier’s because lines are always packed.a year agoThis Ross was a lot smaller didn’t have too much but five stars for the location I know they’re just starting up so I’m sure it’ll start getting more selection in can’t wait till they love Rossa month agoLow inventory stocked. 2 months agoEnjoyed my time here, the shop was really well kept, and organized. The cashier Rebeca was very kind and showed amazing work ethic, she really made my day. She had no problem with me even though I had alot of items, she was patient and understanding. Amazing customer service from Rebeca, one of the best workers I’ve met. And probably one of the best Ross I went to5 months agoThis particular Ross, unlike others was clean, organized and neat. It was easy to shop. We did not plan on making any purchases, but found some unique items. Ross is a great store for seasonal items. We found items for our home as well as summer clothing. Because this store was so organized it was easy to shop. Ross has good prices. We ended up spending >$150 at this store. It is not near our home, but we will shop at this store again. The customer service at checkout was poor. Because we had many items with hangers the cashier was annoyed she had to take them off. We apologized and tried to help remove them. Despite the cashier, we will shop here again.6 months agoThe store was well organized and had a wide selection of sizes in both women’s shoes and women’s clothing. Checkout was quick. The employee picked up their phone before my receipt had finished even printing.3 months agoSelection was good as well as the store was clean and organized even for back to school time.2 years agoStore was trashed. The employees should do a better job of taking care of cleaning up the isles.

Store was not very well stocked and lots of screaming kids running about. Entire shelves and displays were empty and shoes thrown on the floor everywhere.
If you are willing to look through ALL of the clothing racks you may find an o.k. deal on a single item.
10-12 cash registers and only one cashier working. Kayla was amazing. She was friendly, kind and super fast at checking people out. Although there were at least 5 to 6 other employees in the store and the line was beginning to wind around the aisle they were slow to add a second cashier. Kayla was the only cashier and she was pregnant as well. I really hate to see businesses taking advantage of hard working employees.
I took pictures of the rug and towel section that was nothing short of a disaster. I’m not sure what the other employees were doing, but it doesn’t appear that they were working to keep the store clean.
There are a lot of seniors that shop at Ross and management needs to clean this store up before someone trips and suffers a serious injury.
Wonderful location for inexpensive clothes for any size people. They have a great and extensive collection of everything from shoes to accessories to outfits to baby stuff. I was amazed at the large modern collection of clothes for the ideal person looking to upgrade there summer look to the newest fashion trends out there this is the place for you.
The workers here are all disrespectful i shopped here for over an hour and I left my card in my car and they were closing so I left my cart near the line for less then 3 mins and I had my friend run my card in from the car and I go to grab my cart and it mysteriously just disappeared and when I asked MULTIPLE employees if they knew where it had went and not a single one helped me find my cart they basically said sorry dude we are closing and that was it I will NEVER shop here again. They REALLY need to get new employees bc the ones they have now are rude and completely useless.
I went shopping ????with a friend. First off the place doesn’t have enough employees working because you wait in line longer than you even shop. Plus not trying to be racist at all but all the mexicans that shop in that store are rude, they make a mess ????of the store, let their kids ????run all over the place and I could go on and on. It was ridiculously???? hot???? in the???? store. I was sweating to death shopping in there. On the other hand the store had a lot to offer. I ended up spending $223dollars???? and I got great???????????? things at a great price.????
What a messy and smelly store. It is the worst Ross store I have ever been to, they don’t have staff to collect at the cashier, a complete disaster.
