Not courteous at all!By Becky Norris (3 months ago)I normally give ALL Dollar Store’s, (Tree’s ect.) a 5 star rating but not this one. The store has floors that are filthy dirty, some have paint splattered and dried, most of the shelves are old and dated, not a Dollar store you expect to find in St. Lucie West that’s for sure! We were just jumping in real quick for Nail polish and an extra Dog Water bowl. The Store was pretty busy it was about 6:30 on Monday night. And as usual if you go in a Store like this for just a thing or two, it means you end up with a cart full and this trip was no different. As we went to check out, there was only 1 Cashier and we were 5th in line with other’s lining up behind us! The Cashier has to scream into a closed office asking for help and that’s when another line opened. As standing in line I happened to look up and I couldn’t believe what I saw, there were over a hundred Mylar Balloons, littering the ceiling! When I said something to my Son, everyone in line looked up which I think is so funny for the simple fact that, who ever looks, “UP”? The employee told us that they obviously don’t have a tall enough laddar so sometimes they have to hire outside help to get them all down! Which leaves me with another question, this is obviously an ongoing issue, therefore “WHO” keeps letting go of all those Balloon’s? * I took photos of the, “Balloon Ceiling” so check it out!By Dawn Pecci (4 years ago)Was passing by while on my way to a different place. I remembered that, even though most items went for $1 up to the new price point of $1.25, their Hallmark cards are still only $1.00. Some are even 2 for a dollar! Not all of them are worth a visit. This one is. Usually it’s well stocked with seasonal and everyday items. The checkout lines at this location are consistently long. Nice big store with all kinds of stuff the smaller ones don’t have
Very happy to shop there for arts and crafts for my kids. Spring break next week I have to keep them busy. A lot of good supplies.
Never seem to have the same staff high turnover is not a good sign. The store itself for the volume of products that they carry is very clean and organized. The quality of the customer service varies a lot. For those that don’t know if it’s not Dollar tree anymore. It’s $1.25 tree. Payroll is usually dictated by corporate and stories have very little control. The store is almost always understaffed. Not enough cashiers or help on the sales floor. This is not a good experience for the customer or city employees. Most likely why they have such high turnover.
It was the best shopping trip. The manager, Anne was so helpful and kind. All the employees were very knowledgeable and the checkout line moved very quickly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to save a lot of money on quality products. ????
A true dollar store, great deals to save money. Great employees.
