3 weeks agoAfter going through the car wash, I discovered my car’s trim was blown off – a clear result of the washing process. Understanding that accidents happen, I lodged an incident report expecting a reasonable solution.
Sadly, the response was far from satisfactory. Despite the clear damage, the team claimed they found no issues. When I asked for photographic evidence, my request was ignored, which led to even greater disappointment due to their lack of transparency.
Now, I’m left to shoulder an unexpected repair cost, seemingly a result of their equipment malfunctioning. What concerns me isn’t just the issue itself, but the dismissive approach towards a genuine customer complaint. This experience has made me question their customer service as well as the safety standards of their equipment.
I wouldn’t wish a similar experience on any other customer.
2 months agoIf you do not have a brand new car, this place is good. If your car is in really good condition, avoid this place. It will make micro lacerations on your windshield and on your paint job. I love what they provide here, I just wish the bristles they used were more gentle on my windshield. Thank god I tested this place with a rental Tesla for work and not my brand new Tesla.Overall 4.5* because it is a great value proposition. Just be aware that an automatic car wash is always very likely to be inferior to a wash that is hand done. The abrasion can’t be avoided. ????
3 months agoI received a free car wash by using a flyer they sent in the mail , and I also vacuumed my car for free!! Can’t ask for more than that!! My car looks beautiful, and the vacuum is so powerful! I like the attachment on the vacuum it gets in the small areas. Best experience I have had in a long time at a car wash! I will be going to them from now on!! ????!!2 months agoGreat car wash, clean and new. No old style brushes that make me wonder when the last time they were cleaned like other places. Sweet spot!3 weeks agoI took my car for a wash and was met with 1) long waits due to staff trying to upsell their membership, and 2) mediocre wash. My car was still dirty in several different spots and noticed a few scratches. I won’t be going back.

For $8 you can run your car thru a brushless wash or for another buck also get your undercarriage cleaned. I usually go for the full $10 treatment which includes spot free clearcoat rinse and no matter which wash you select your car gets blow dried, Unit accepts both cash & credit/debit cards.
And of course do it yourself service wand wash, Vacuum’s & plenty of room for that “micro fiber” just detailed look4 months agoNever coming here again. I always use this car wash as it is close to my house- and for the second time that I have gotten a car wash here the touch free car wash bay stalled out and only gave me the undercarriage wash. I backed up and moved forward to see if that would trigger the car was to start and it didn’t. Of course there was no one around and there is also no phone number to contact anyone. Drive the extra miles to go somewhere else! Horrible service.a month agoTerrible. The oldest touchless car wash I think I’ve ever seen. Nothing seems to be maintained well. Touchless never gets your car perfectly clean and I don’t expect it to but this was still somehow disappointing.2 years agoThe people that run it are great. Very nice. You can use card or change if you like. Up to $20.00 in quarters for a change machine. Nice size lot to be able to clean many cars at the same time. At you clean your ride you can look across the street at the new MB of your dreams.a year agoWent to the self car wash!! Swiped my card and was told on screen 3 dollars for 7 mins!! Check my bank the next day 10 dollars was taken from my account!! I do not recommend this shady business ????

The worst car wash ever. There’s still soap on your vehicle when you drive out.
Gas prices are good. Beware buying a carwash at the pump. They’ll still sell washes even if the car wash is closed. No refunds!
Hard to believe they are still in the practice of charging different for casual, credit and debit. Just for that I try not to go here.
It’s bad enough the gas prices are soaring but then your car wash, manual car wash etc etc… have also gone way up! This is what cost u that 5th star! Haffners Gas Station used to be the cheapest gas station around but not anymore! It’s saddening/disheartening! ☹️
BUT… I DO like that there’s a drive through car wash & a few stalls ( u pay with quarters! ) for people to wash their own cars! There’s no store but u can purchase a few things like windshield washer fluid & oil or in the vending machine u can get air fresheners, Armor All wipes, large wet & dry cleaning cloths etc etc… Quarter machine is right next to the other vending machines! ????
**NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS!**
There’s a Burger King right across the street that has public restrooms! ????
