3 weeks agoWe are now fighting to get refund because they didn’t deliver the work for weeks and we hand to hire someone else. Now we want our money back and they ignore us. We collected email documentation and waiting for the charge back results. They are holding on to our money. If they really need it, I can consider it a learning lesson for myself. I wish I had asked them to give me referrals before hiring themBunch of young kids playing company games. This is a sales organization with a presentation but no team on site. They can not deliver a work on time and their team will ghost you for a while. If you are super rich and you can spend $1000 and forget it, this is a great company to do business. But you have a project and you are someone who likes things to be done in timely manner, I would not recommend. Nice kids, I liked the sales representative and I wish the company was ran better. I highly NOT a recommend this company to any business
3 weeks agoWhile I was happy with the A+ content they created for my Amazon business, my biggest listing they worked on was canceled by Amazon. The listing had been on Amazon for years and was canceled only six months after Seller Interactive updated the listing. Seller Interactive told me that they were adept at avoiding trigger keywords, but apparently they were not as good as I was in doing so. While they were very responsive when I was a new customer, all emails I have sent since my listing was canceled have been completely ignored. Not sure I can recommend this company. Use at your own risk.in the last weekDo NOT use Seller Interactive. Do NOT listen to the “good” reviews, they are most certainly fake. I hired them over 7 months ago, and they have yet to fulfil their promises. Each month, they demand more money while delaying the work.Their whole business model is based around creating cheap, bad graphic services over as long a period as they can get away with before you eventually leave out of frustration or are too foolish to see how bad their work is. This is why they have a ‘subscription’ model. They will not respond, and you will be passed between agents as they have a high staff turnover (they clearly aren’t treated well either).
I had to write ALMOST ALL the copy for them, it was so bad. The copy that I didn’t write got flagged my Amazon, and nearly had my listings taken down. They didn’t read anything about my products. They just made up facts and figures and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Chat GPT would have done a better job.
They are beyond bad, incompetent and slow. But when you are paying for a monthly service and paying in advance, that works to their advantage. I kept asking for changes because of their bad design and writing, with revisions taking weeks and months. I have requested a refund, but they have refused.
Do NOT use Seller Interactive. Someone of Fivver could do the work for 1/10th of the price in 1/10th of the time.
You have been warned.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY – They did not finish making the changes requested. They would send total trash, and I would ask for changes to make it good. This was like pulling teeth, and they would disregard about half of what I asked for. Amazon took down half of their images for breaking Terms of Service, which I approved to be uploaded, but that was on the faith that they knew and understood Amazon’s terms. They do not. They never finished ‘optimising my listings’, and it’s been 7 months.
2 months agoSigned up with seller interactive but after 3 weeks of stalling on delivering anything they changed the contract without discussion. They kept saying they were working on stuff but continued to deliver nothing and never viewed the google drive where I had put our content for them to use. During the weekly meetings it was obvious they didn’t read over any materials I had sent or even didn’t do something as simple as go to our website. They were very pushy to start their ppc service without delivering on optimizing our listings first. Instead of suggesting legit options that amazon seller central offers, they tried to sell on us on their own paid review program at an additional cost. Seemed like an amazon violation waiting to happen. Seller Interactive is giving scam vibes and its obvious they didn’t have our best interests in mind the entire time.Update/ After they responded to this review trying to give the illusion they care and want to make it better,I finally received an email back after being ghosted. No resolution was met as they are continuing to stall on the refund. Yet another thing they can’t deliver on. If I could give 5 stars for well they stall on everything and anything…
2 months agoIf you value your time & money, stay very clear of this Company. Months and months of time and money wasted on empty illusions. Their work is a cookie- cutter approach, thinking the same model will work for all businesses, with no thinking or dynamic approach to individual businesses. They promise the world, with lower than sub par results (if that’s even possible), along with reckless spending, which end up in you owing Amazon money. Their management (Supervisors & up) will not even reply, which shows the Company values They care about your monthly dues…they could care less about your actual business. They only Company in which we had a constant decline in sales, month over month, for months. Each time with new excuses & new promises. I could write a book with all the disastrous work they did and the complete neglect. If this review even saves 1 business from throwing their time and hard- earned money in the garbage, I did a good deed

a week agoThis company promises you whatever they can to pay the 900$. Only to find out, they completely defrauded us and the Lansing Fire Department of Michigan. When I found out about this fraud I contacted them asking for the money back. They initially said yes, however I have not received my refund.This is a FRAUD and they WILL STEAL your money.

Will be using The Marc Group Inc for many years to come!4 months agoEDIT: I would like to update my review as I was contacted, payment taken immediately I was given a graphic design quite quickly and great communication, it has now been since February and still no bags for the advertising I have paid for, I have followed up multiple times in regards to updates and keep getting told someone would be in contact with me and still nothing again after 2 weeks. At this point, I would not recommend as it was $1500 for advertisement and being a small business I still have not received anything. Very disappointed.I was contacted regarding some local advertising, Sherri was quite helpful, informative, and really put into perspective what the company could do. I appreciate her professionalism, and quick response time to having the advertising created. Highly recommend.
5 months agoAs a business owner and consumer, I should have looked more closely at the reviews. I am quite disappointed in the whole process. I also paid upfront in Dec/22.The design team was great. I DID NOT get the location I had selected on the bag front, I ended up on the side of the bag in the fold (HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to say the least). It took 7 months to get the bags. When I finally received the sample bag, I called about where the add location was on the bag, I was told it wasn’t a bad spot because when the bag is being carried with items in it, it’s in view! What kind of an answer is that Michael?!?! That wasn’t what I paid for. To top things off, advertisers all received an email stating that there were extra bags and we could just email back to request some. I am a small business with total of 5 employees, I replied immediately requesting 4 more bags. The email response back was to go to the store to get extras! Again, such a fiasco. So, I did go to Smith’s Market in Sudbury that same day and was told they had none left. This experience has left me feeling completely annoyed. I did eventually get 4 bags after email yet again about my experience. Great idea, very poor execution.
