    Literally the most professional event planning company you can find in NYC. I was eagerly trying to prepare for a company event that was happening in 10 days, and I am SO grateful that I came across EMRG Media. I have never planned for such a big event with over 50 guests, Erica and her team was super patient and helpful throughout the short 10 days we had to prepare. EMRG helped us from contacting venues and setting menus, to arranging DJ’s and Emcees. I can’t emphasize enough how successful our event went and how happy everyone was with the outcome.     10/10 would recommend! Great experience working with Erica and team to ensure we had a seamless holiday party for about 900 people. Erica was available to help with every step along the way and help bring to our attention additional ideas, needs and considerations to help make our party a huge success! Her team went above and beyond on the day of to ensure all of the final touches were handled and it allowed for our internal planning team to be able to sit back and enjoy the party. Great at communicating and sourcing vendors at a great rate due to their connections within the industry.

    This month was my third large event working with Erica and Catherine from EMRG. Erica and her teams have been a dream to work with. Every single person has been incredibly professional and helpful. The last event was so turn-key and perfect, I actually got to enjoy the party myself 100% (which I never get to do). Our events range from 100-650, and I plan to continue this relationship.

    They’ve also supported my office with their large scale catering needs for our grand opening week. They host an Event Planner Expo in NYC in October every year, and my group has found many of the connections we made at the event extremely helpful.

I have worked with Erica for years, and every party has been absolutely amazing. They are genuine pros at event planning and make sure that the event is as perfect as possible. They are incredibly attentive to requests and the events can be customized for whichever group or institution you are a member of.     Our past three parties have been at Nebula, which has perfectly suited our needs. And our most recent party with the EMRG Media team and Nebula was probably one of the best parties that we have ever had (which is super impressive after many years of holding this holiday party).     Daniela and the team at Vision were absolutely crucial in making our wedding everything we wanted and more. We hired vision for partial planning including vendor recommendations and I truly don’t know what we would have done without them. Our venue (The Knockdown Center) was very much a blank slate, and Vision helped us choose the right team of vendors and coordinate with all those vendors to help transform the space into the look and feel we were going for on our big day. From helping to plan out the floor plan, to helping guide our conversations with vendors based on their experience, they were with us every step of the way.

    In addition to the stellar work they do, its also a team of wonderful people, which is important when you spend so much time together on the day of your wedding!

    There was no request or idea (not matter how last minute) that was met with anything other than thoughts on how to make it happen. I wanted to surprise my Bride with a Jello-O shot during our wedding portraits (we met over one in 2018), Vision says great, we’ll coordinate with the photographer to make this happen. I brought up, less than a week before the wedding the idea of having chilled towels on the dance-floor after a rowdy Hora- they said ‘love this idea, we’ll grab a couple trays and make it happen’.

    My family had the pleasure of working with the Vision Event Co. team for both my wedding (2022) and my brother’s wedding (2021), both in NYC. For my brother’s wedding, not only did Daniela and the team make everything come together so beautifully, they also expertly navigated all of the COVID changes and date postponements and made sure the wedding was spectacular when it was finally able to happen.

    I got married a year later and after seeing how perfect my brother’s wedding was, I was so excited to work with Daniela – she is incredibly thoughtful, organized, creative and most of all, kind and calm, two qualities you absolutely need from a wedding planner. Daniela negotiated contracts with all of our vendors and leading up to the wedding, the Vision team met with us regularly to discuss all details and ensure everything was on schedule. I knew everything I had to do on my end and knew that Daniela and her team had everything else handled and under control. Daniela and Rory brought great, creative ideas to every meeting (invitations, flowers, food, etc) and I never felt stressed that we were forgetting or missing something.

    Everything went perfectly at my wedding – my vision came together beautifully, everything was well-timed, and the Vision team even brought me 70 degree, sunny weather in November in NY! The day-of Vision crew happily assisted me with any of my needs (water/food, dress bustling, hair changes, and frequent bathroom trips in my gown!). They were really fun to have around on the wedding day and made the day very stress-free and easy. We had a really wonderful experience with the Vision team and would highly recommend them to anyone!

    We reached out to Vision Event Co because we saw they had experience planning weddings at our venue, and our vendors who had worked with them also had positive experiences. Daniela & team worked with us before our package officially started, answering questions and acting as a sounding board, which we really appreciated. Once we approached our wedding date and the package started our work together picked up and we truly felt the value that they added. They planned a detailed day of itinerary, guided us through everything we needed to do to prepare, and ensured that we had all our ducks in a row well before the big day. On the actual wedding day they did an amazing job keeping everything on track and ensuring that my wife & I didn’t have to think about any logistics or planning details.
