I followed his recommendations and received multiple offers to choose from in less than a week. Dawn, his client service representative, was fantastic to work with and highly responsive to all my questions. After listing I had multiple offers to choose and the property sold for well over the listing price. I highly recommend Mr Johnson and his team if you are interested in selling or buying any real estate.3 months agoFrom the very beginning, AJ was professional, knowledgeable, honest and responsive. He took the time to understand our needs and goals, and you developed a plan that was tailored to my specific situation.AJ Team was also very helpful in getting my home ready to sell. They provided us with valuable advice on staging and repairs and helped us to price my home competitively. Even before the house was ready, the team lined up buyers to have early showings, and were understanding and respectful, when we requested to hold off until we were ready to begin. The team was very responsive to questions, provided timely updates, and was patient and helpful when we – as first-time sellers – needed more information/details on a request or element of the selling process. AJ Team also marketed our home aggressively and generated a lot of interest from potential buyers.
Within the first weekend of listing our home, we had multiple offers.
