The kindness and care the team brings to each event is a game changer and allows us to take each event to the next level. We couldn’t do what we do without them, they make it so easy!2 years agoWe had scheduled our first appointment for preliminary wedding planning weeks before the actual appointment since I do not live in town. We arrived at our scheduled time, were told Kelli (the person we were meeting with) was on the phone. After 15 more minutes, we had to get someone’s attention to ask if Kelli would be able to meet soon. The woman responded that she thought Kelli was in the lobby with us and would check. After another 20 minutes (35 minutes after our scheduled appointment) we decided to leave. After leaving, we received no follow up email or phone call regarding the missed appointment or making us wait while she was in the other room taking a call. Not to mention an apology. The other employees all seemed embarrassed by Kelli’s lack of punctuality or concern. I gave Millennium a chance despite negative things I had heard from friends and other reviews, but now wish I would have believed them. Not worth your time (and you likely aren’t worth their time either).a year agoMy wedding was absolutely stunning. They took care of every detail for the decor and my flowers. It was a winter wonderland just as I had dreamed. BJ went above and beyond to make everything perfect. You can’t go wrong with Millenium Events.
