  ** Staff and crowd have have changed **

  – hence very dodgy
  – incompetent
  – unprofessional
  – not listening to the customer
  – very stubborn staff
  – I felt very uncomfortable and anxious throughout the whole experience

  – very dirty / especially the back rooms

  – they wanted to take me to a dark and isolated room as I’m new to the city , even though there where rooms available at the front .
  – and cherry on top , the toilets and pipes were broken , and stank very badly!!

  Horrible experience. The salon owner lady is very rude first of all. She doesn’t care about client’s feedback. Staff is not trained well to offer services. I went there for skin treatment, first of the owner was very rude and the prices are very high considering Hisar location. One can get far better services at all other salons at much cheaper prices. I would highly suggest that you should not go to this salon. Go on your own risk.

  These guys are fake. Their service is pathetic. I wasted 12000 rs in microblading and within 2 days it completely faded. I texted them but they did not reply. Don’t fall trapped by their ads. I will log a case in consumer forum for this untill they fix my eyebrows.

  I went to Lovely Salon last month and got my engagement and bridal makeup done from Mr. Jimmy. Jimmy and the in-house staff, they all are very good. They listened to all my requests and the kind of look I wanted and I really loved the results. Jimmy seemed very experienced in bridal makeup and he delivered services beyond my expectations.   high charges, makeup is so worthless even if its bridal or party makeup.. I got ready there(party makeup)for attending the marriage of my niece and we booked this saloon for bridal makeup of my niece .. the quality of the product was very low and they used to prepare a mixer in any of their box of all the inciliary applications and paste the same on every client and this is done just to save their own time and to entertain more and more customers & obvious to loot max money.. highly disappointed
