Tim is your old school type barber who is extremely nice and easy going. He likes to have a good conversation and perhaps mess around with you. LISTEN…with that being said….if you’re an uptight person that takes yourself, your life and everything else way too seriously go elsewhere. He is a great guy and likes to have fun. He’s great at what he does and doesn’t take half of your 401k for a cut. Everyone else that cuts hair wants an arm and a leg for a cut that grows back in 3 weeks. If you wanna spend $40 for a haircut be my guest. But tim will be my new forever barber. Superior service and would rate him higher if I could. Tim, the owner/barber is such a fun, happy and friendly guy! We were greeted with a “WELCOME!” as soon as we entered the shop. His manager lady was just as lovely!We were on holiday and were so excited that we found a barber open on a Sunday! Tim works with every type of hair and delivers excellent service and results. The atmosphere is super positive and friendly. They cater to all your personal hair cutting needs.
I highly recommend this place! You will love it here!

My dad first took me here three years ago and I just loved it! Everyone there is really friendly. I see Lei every time, and she’s always so great to talk to. It’s such a cool place to be in and they offer you a drink from the fridge when you check in! There are lots of hair products to choose from and buy too. After searching online for a good barber shop I made an appointment for the signature cut and told the receptionist that I was going from long(shoulder length) to short hair. Once I sat down in the chair, Cathryn said we might not have time for that kind of cut but she would check with the manager. She returned with “We’ll make it work.” *spoiler alert:It did not work* Toward the end of the cut I said I thought my hair was still too long at the top but she said that it just feels weird because of going long to short. I asked for it to be cut shorter but she said I should go home with it and see how it feels instead, then if I wanted to, I can come back the following day to fix it. Because she had another client waiting… Im not happy with it, I wanted it fixed but was rushed out the door instead. For a $45 hair cut, at least have the appropriate amount of time set aside. Mr. Dylan Kelly does a fine job each and every time for me. The receptionists are always efficient and kind to me.
My only qualm is as follows:
Parking is less than ideal though, if you drive an expensive ride, I would recommend parking on the street a half block down to avoid potential dings. But if walking 150-200 feet is what breaks your day… you probably have bigger problems than needing a haircut.

Called in for a ‘hot towel straight razor shave’. I arrived a little early so had a beer in their on-site bar. After a while John called me for my Shave, I advised I was a first-timer, so he explained every detail during the shave.
I loved every minute, John was polite, helpful and very good. Afterwards my skin felt so smooth, I don’t remember the last time my skin felt this good.By David Foster (2 months ago)The shoppe is great, but a Master Barber like Tanner makes it an experience. I’ve been a client of his for a few years now, and I’ve seen some other barbers come and go. Though Tanner is a staple!You’ll want to pre book your appointment however. A few years ago you could just walk in and see this guy, though now the word is out! He’s just about booked solid most days! You might have to wait a day or two to see him but he’s worth the wait. Ya can’t rush quality.
PS: Get there a little early and enjoy a free beer and the company of the shoppe dog Jazzie!

Then I grew a beard that needed a professional trim and Shawn G was there at Shave Cave. Super pro, super chill, I hope he never leaves! Everyone is great and the place is amazing…. But the barbers are what it’s about. Britt is an amazing barber with a high attention to detail. not to mention she is a former Marine :-).
