Most of the store is organized but if you want to find anything in the intimates department good luck! Nothing is where it’s supposed to be.
Wonderful customer service at the jewelry department. They were very helpful and found the perfect piece for my wife’s birthday!!!
I picked up an online order here, and it took a total of 3 minutes. I had my receipt on my phone, which the customer service representative scanned. She found my order, went through the security procedures quickly, and off we went. We made purchases in housewares and the cosmetics departments as well. Good selection and some great sales we took advantage of. Very clean, nice merchandise displays.
Google said it was so much better than Dillard’s and so I went. Wrong move for kitchen items. After a very long wait and customer service wrapping this box up, look what I got when I got home. Problem was compounded when the replacement order came as the following photos show. And the customer service fellow so jocularly wanted to know if I were Greek. Let me tell you that I had to put a brace on to pack this stuff in and out of their store. Universe decided I had no need for these whatsoever. Lots of sweat poured into that realization.
Came today to do some shopping and no one even said hello to me or asked if I needed help. This once was a nice store but now it’s messy and not helpful. I left and went home to close my Macy’s card.
