I was in search of a new mattress and had the pleasure of working with Curtis. He took the time to find out what we were looking for in a new mattress and explained in detail what would be the best fit for us. He didn’t preasure us to buy right away, which we didn’t. We came back a couple times and asked questions. As you know buying a good mattress is an investment. Each time we went in, Curtis remembered us and greeted us with a smile and ready to help. Thank you Curtis for making our experience wonderful. We will always return to see Curtis when in need of purchasing. He’s a fantastic gentlemen!
I’ve been shopping at Macy’s for several decades now. I have never lived in a city that had a Macy’s. I go into the stores when I’ve traveled to locations that have them. I’m happy to see that Tucson still has one open; unfortunately, the one I frequented most was closed a few years ago. I do shop Macy’s online, but for clothes and shoes, I prefer to be able to see in person and try on. I’m hoping for at least another few years before most of the brick and mortar stores are gone.
I will never buy or repair jewelry here again. I was very stressed for two months. It’s the worst experience. ???????? Took two months to sent my rings to CA back and forth to fixed the loose diamond and still not fixed so I went back to the store with rings but they said they can’t refund my money for fixing loose diamond even they never fixed it. Two ladies there were so mean and never called me even she said she will.
The customer experience colleague Curtis Byrd was exceptional.. very patient and very kind and went above and beyond normal salespeople and have done for me in the past.. be sure and ask for him when you shop at Macy’s.. give this man a raise.. he deserves it..
