3 weeks agoOne Of The World worst Car Wash i have ever Experienced . Paid for the top program, Went In and out with the same dirty car.
People who are working there have absolutely no customer service. They are only looking for a fight when you share your Complaints and they have even told me “show us what you can do” .
This will end for sure at the Better Business Bureau and Claim Court, for the rip off there, but also for the rudeness, disrespect and attitude.I wish rating can be done with no stars But System does not allow that
3 weeks agoMy car was filthy and I decided to get the $16 Platinum Wash. I told I hoped to drive through and that I hoped to come out looking like a NEW BMW. We laughed and he said. “If you need to run through a second time come back around it’s free and part of our service!”
So I did and man that got my car sparkling.
My new favorite car wash now.a year agoThe car wash is a big help with our busy schedule. I wish the tire shine would look like it actually applied something to both of our cars. We pay for the gold car wash.. See attached picture and you decide if the tire shine actually worked. Other than that, be careful when entering/exiting the wash. The attendant tends to crowd the cars too close together and when exiting the wash several cars nearly get into rear end collisions.Please manage this process better. If cars are not pulling out, don’t continue sending more cars through causing grid lock and possible rear end collisions when exiting the wash tunnel.
2 months agoWash was ok, but the wheels are never clean and the protectant leaves a rough film on everything. I wish i could get a wash WITHOUT the protectant. The other complaint is the BLACK water in the drying area
After closing, the whole are should be washed down.a week agoMy first time there & I didn’t like it. Car came really wet, still dirty, the vacuum didn’t had the strength to suck everything

3 months agoFairly good. It doesn’t get bugs off the front bumper on a first pass. You have to ask for dash cleaning wipes and air fresheners every time. There’s no one there you can pay to finish your car… So you are the person with the tags at the end. Price is average against other drive thru washes. Location is convenient. I see people taking more than the 15 minutes I take to “finish” my car… They are there before I get there and are still there when I leave.8 months agoI had been several times with ok results. The most recent time the machine heavily gouged 2 of my wheels. Showed the employee who agreed that the carwash caused it. Filed a report and was told the owner Jasmine would contact me. Owner never reached out.5 years agoCheap $6 basic car wash just to get a quick clean. I like that there was a guy at the start just making sure you’re getting car set up correctly. I would be comfortable sending my mom here. Have vaccines available too. In and out quickly even with a line.9 months agoCar is worse than when I brought it in. Tons of curb rash because the boozo guided me in wrong. Large parts of the car, like a rear look like they weren’t even touched4 years agoI purchased their $10 (Best) car wash. The result was extremely disappointing. The car was not much cleaner at the end of the car wash and it was at the beginning of the carwash. That having been said they have plenty of vacuum stations and the vacuums are reasonably powerful. The people who work there are nice. However, I would not recommend going there if you want to get your car clean.

the most well kept carwash i’ve been to and the attendants are friendly.
Love this place. Inexpensive and yet a first class clean. Has a shaded area with great vacuum and air blower to get water out of crevices. A+
Good wash on black car. Dry/vacuum area plenty roomy & strong vacs! Damian goes out of his way to make sure experience is good. He even sprays on the Meguiar’s Tire Shine on your vehicle personally! I’ll be back!
paid cash for a car wash, got in line. line didn’t move for 20 minutes. turns out the wash was broken and they had to let us out the back gate. i asked if i can just get my 11 dollars back since i paid with cash and they insisted no refunds and gave me a card for a car wash next time. don’t feel safe coming back to this place if their system malfunctions
Machine stopped twice during my car wash. If I wasnt in a hurry I would ask for another car wash or refund. Car was not completely clean at all. Go somewhere else.
