a year agoHad my rear wiper arm completely broken off noticed it later on the weekend as i was travelling the day i got it washed .Guy says they cant do anything about it since it was 4 days before. Made me decide not to go there anymore.2 weeks agoFor 20.00 I would expect a super clean car. Came out and the front was still covered in bugs. I can get the exact same clean car, maybe even a little better, at the 7.00 car wash. I was very disappointed at this wash from the bugs not washed off to the incredibly high price. Also, I had to move my car twice to get to a vacuum that actually worked.2 months agoGot the top of the line car wash for $20. It was awful. It didn’t take off any of the dirt and yet somehow managed to almost rip off my license plate on the front side.
And the cars were so closely packed together going into it that there was no way that anyone was getting a different wash.
Will never be going back there. And now I have to figure out a way to unbend my license plate.
a month agoDoes not get bugs off after 1st wash. May be a good deal on a monthly basis but $20 for 1 time and still bugs? No. The rest of the truck was fine.3 weeks agoPaid for the #1 (works) and my car is still as dirty as it was before the wash.

I have wash my vehicle here before but this is the worst ever….I just paid 24.99 for what a piece of trash….am not happy this is not nice…
I have used Don’s Carwash many times over several years. I am always satisfied with their work in today’s environment the exterior only was is a great deal. I usually get the full service wash. They do a good job with interior and exterior. Really appreciate the clean mats. Sometimes it is very busy, so you have to wait in line for a while, but they move the vehicles thru rapidly. Will continue to bring my cars to Don’s.
If you are ever down on your luck and need a job, Don’s has been there to lend a hand up for many many individuals willing to work. They do good things by hiring addicts and criminals looking for change.
I don’t know about anyone else. If I’m coming to Don’s it’s for an interior wash that isn’t as expensive as a full detail job would be. Vacuum the dirt. Wipe the dust. Clean the glass. Simple enough you would think. My patience has worn thin with their services. Perhaps paying the employees a living wage would attract a better set of work ethics to the place? Oh ho. But then our washes would cost more! And we simply cannot have that.
Just got home from Don’s on 13th…paid for a full service car wash….terrible job for what I paid. They didn’t wipe down the drivers door inside….left debris in the side pocket and cup holder…they opened my sunglass case to hide the debris….it’s been 3 days and no comment from Don’s. Great customer service…????
Very disappointed. First time ever they did not wipe door frames inside or dashboard, or vacumm the back window area…bugs left there. Hope you can see in the pics.
