3 months agoIt’s hard to get a really good quality wash here. This is my 3rd try. I’ve paid $60 (incl $10 tip) each time. It’s always pretty clean, but without much attention to the details. I always find places they didn’t touch. Interior mostly, but exterior too. It’s close to my office and I keep wishing they’d get better at it, but I’m afraid I’ve lost hope. Guys that were drying vehicle did a half *** job. Left water spots everywhere and barely cleaned the inside. Even got the manager involved and it still didn’t help. They only cleaned half my windshield. There is bug juice all over the front including mirrors…needless to say they only did a partial vacuum job…wasn’t on it longer than 10 mins…..I work hard for my money it’s sad4 months agoThe only full service drive in car wash in the Bham area. Used to be a bunch of different places. That says more about Anthony’s being better than the rest more clearly than anything I could say. Good stuff. Thanks guys. Be sure and tip if you can. These guys work hard and do a thorough job.a year agoI paid $35 dollars and my truck still has dirt on the outside. My windows look like they haven’t been touched. I am very unhappy about my first experience here.

3 months agoExcellent car wash, and reasonable pricing. My only concern with this car wash is I’ve been through there a couple times and I seem to have traces of soap on my vehicles after completing the wash.
Other than that it does a really good job and they have really friendly people working there with great attitudes.3 months agoThe car wash on Highway 119 and 280 is very convenient to where I live but they do not have the option of washing your wheels and tires before entering the tunnel. So I have to go all the way across town to valleydale Road and Highway 31 to get a good car wash. This would not be a problem if blue rain would figure out a way to clean your wheels on the drive-through. It does a poor job of cleaning wheels. At some point, I will probably discontinue using blue rain if they do not provide an option at the Highway 119 and 280 car wash for cleaning tires and wheels before entering the tunnel.a week agoI love the fact that they have the pre wash and air for tires, but I have the worst luck getting there with their hours.I can’t reply, so I edited – The store in Pelham must not be abiding by the posted hours because the 3 times that I tried to go early in the morning – they had cones out and I could not get in and yes, it was after 7.
a week agoI came in early yesterday morning and had an amazing experience. The young man who greeted me at the window and the young man who loaded my car were both extremely sweet and friendly!5 months agoI’ve been running company trucks through here for at least 15 years, maybe 20. Prices are reasonable. Towels and cleaner are gratis as are vacuums and pre-brush stations.
LATELY my truck still has suds when exiting. Hopefully that will be rectified soon.
I DO get a kick out of watching the folks that guide you in. Guys act like their lining up a precision instrument, pointing left and right when you’re so close it just can’t matter.
Ladies are like, yeah, come on. No worries.
People are always interesting.

My 2012 Ford Explorer got stuck in the drying process inside the car wash itself. While I was stuck the strong winds from the drier pried loose a piece of molding from my windshield and ripped it off. I then put my SUV in drive to exit the car wash because the automated track was not allowing me to exit the wash, so I had to drive out on my own. After retrieving the piece of molding from inside the car wash, I then approached an employee who directed me to the manager of the establishment, Mr. Alex Stringer. Mr. Stringer then began to ask me for information beyond the basic contact information to adequately make an attempt to repair my vehicle. After I refused to give him this information, he then went and locked himself in his office and basically told me to take a hike and to call cooperate. I then asked him for the number to corporate, to which he replied (from behind the locked door) to look it up online. I have since called corporate, gotten no response, while my car is still damaged and not repaired. I can only hope that this damage doesn’t happen to anyone else.
I’ve been pleased with my visits to the car wash. I love having fresh towels and window cleaner available on every visit.
This new addition gives me a much more complete car care experience.
I thought the car wash it’s self worked well, did a good job.

First time at this wash and from what I understand the new manager, James, has done a wonderful job fixing this place up! I had a great experience; the wash cleaned my car great & the site itself was clean as well! The manager is very kind & takes pride in this site. Highly recommend!
I stopped by this car wash to get a much needed wash today. The outside wash was alright. It did leave some marks on my vehicle that wiped right up with the drying towel they provide. The vacuums is what really let me down. They don’t have any crevice tool vacuums. They are all wide tool. It also doesn’t have the power it needs to get everything up. I hope they can update some things and make it a great place to go.
