in the last weekI went there yesterday before work and was very disappointed. I bought the 20$ wash for the first time ever, I usually purchase the 10$ wash but my car was nasty from the recent weather. When the guy came around the corner, he had his cell phone aimed at me like he was recording me, which was very uncomfortable. He was guiding me onto the track and I was almost on there when another guy came from the other side and hit my windshield with a burst of water from the hose. I couldn’t see the guy who was guiding me! They both took less than 10 seconds to use the brush on the front and back of my car. Neither one scrubbed the top, the sides etc. They just hit the button and sent me through. That was the worst car wash experience I have ever had for a more expensive car wash than I normally get and there is still mud under my car! They didn’t even bother to try and help get it off. Very disappointed.2 months agoCame in to get my car washed the and Sylvia the employee at the front gave me a complimentary wash. Service was good and my car also looks pretty good. I don’t know what wash she gave me but it didn’t clean the exterior super good. However it was a free wash and I’ve had good results here before. The extra amenities like interior cleaner and cloth towels were definitely an added bonus. will be coming backa week agoThe front of my car is still as dirty as it was when I rolled in. The staff looks like they want you to stop coming in so the place would close. Which probably would be for the best. I did like the vacuums they work very well.2 months agoGreat experience, good car wash, friendly staff. Honest review I loved how they had rags and cleaner where you are able to clean the inside of vehicle for free. I have a Ram and every car wash I go to never completely cleans the outside of the vehicle. It would be a good idea if customers with my same problem could pay an extra 5 dollars to have an employee clean and wipe down the outside completely. Could also make a detailing option as well. But overall great experience.in the last weekThe hours are always incorrect due to them closing early. You pay for a monthly membership to come as often as you like, but every time you come by they are closed for some reason or another. It’s incredibly frustrating. I want to love the place but it’s just becoming not worth the effort to keep the membership.

2 months agoThe place is nice. The wash is good too. I should have in mind to bring all the extra tools for a deeper cleaning for the outside and inside of my car. The vacuum is really good! The only thing is that the trash cans were full. Almost everyone of them. Apart from that it’s a good service. And friendly staff.6 months agoA friendly guy met me at the kiosk and offered me a free wash to do with a review. I think that’s a great concept to get to try the service before you pay. However, the vacuums were shut down and the car was left wet and they did not spend much time scrubbing the outside for a premium wash. But at the Vikings been opened, I should’ve paid attention and to get the free wash first I will definitely come back.8 months agoI went to Take 5 on Tuesday and I can’t say enough good things about this car wash! I’ve gone through multiple different ones over time but this one was by far the best. The customer service was awesome. I had driven through white pant that had spilled off of a truck at some point on the highway. LaMarcus helped me scrubbed my dark colored suv for a long while trying to get off the white pant. He did it all with smile and respect. The car wash setup is wonderful also. They have vacuums, compressed air, auto mat washing machine, rags, and detail spray. 06 Ranger hadn’t been washed in 6 months. Look at me now! Friendly staff for sure and super great vacuuming equipment!
LOOK AT PICS! My wife and I went thru this car wash March 26 as we have many times before (I had an unlimited monthly membership). Upon exiting we pulled over to the detail station so I could dry off the windows. When I got out I saw bad scratches all over my truck. I went directly to the office and told them. I was told to come back the following day and speak with the manager and he would give me a damage claim. I went back the following 3 days before I finally spoke to the manager. He emailed me the damage claim and told me to get two bids from the body shops and email it to him. I took off work the following day and got the bids. There was over $12,000 in damage. I emailed it to him and he said he was submitting it to corporate and they would contact me within a cpl days. They never contacted me. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of them and getting nowhere I had to file it on my insurance.
Worst car wash!! I think $20 would be enough to do a good service!!! Never never going to that place again
I haven’t gotten the full detail of what I pay for since I got my monthly membership. They are supposed to pre-wash my tires, running boards, windows, front & back bumpers but I’m only lucky to get maybe the front windshield or driver side window. But when I call I can never speak to anyone!
In previous months, half the time I pulled up they were shut down or a handful of the machines inside were working.
Until they can actually cancel my membership I feel like I have to go at least once a week so I’m not completely wasting $36 a month!
I’ve gone for a total of like 4 times and every time I go, it’s the same. Employees are nice but the car still stays dirty. It doesn’t matter if I spend $5 or $20, i’ve tried it all. They just don’t scrub hard or long enough for the more money you’re paying for. Yeah sure the soap may be a different color but what’s the actual benefit?
