3 months agoI went there today 4/13. I tried applying a coupon I was sent by text. It did not work, staff member proceeded to grab my phone and debit car to do it inside. Comes back 5-6 minutes later and says it did not work. I paid for a single wash $20. While I’m drying off my car I get a notification for another $20 charge at prestige. Checked my bank account and I have two charges on it. Talked to staff member and he said he swiped my card, but didn’t charge me. Tells me to contact customer service number. I contacted them and was on the phone for 9 minutes. No refund, was told to email proof and to fill out a form stating I’m not disputing the charges with my bank. Make it make sense? As much as I liked the place, one bad experience can ruin it.a week agoGreat wash. I tried when first opened and the water pressure was excessive. Now, dialed in perfect. It’s cars washed today.2 months agoGreat wash. Love the free use of vacuums. 5 months agoI was in the market for an interior car detailing and am so glad I found Barn. My car was extremely dirty after driving to Boston from California, vacationing in rural Vermont, never having it cleaned, & just overall wear and tear.
Billy was extremely responsive, professional, & answered all my questions. Plus, their availability was flexible & worked perfectly with my schedule. I also opted for the 50% off exterior car wash to avoid having to come back again (as they say, 2 birds, 1 piece of bread!).
The best part – my car looks BRAND NEW! I brought it in smelling musty, covered in dog hair & crumbs. I felt sad every time I got into my car because of how disgusting it was. Now, there’s not a hair in sight, and it smells so fresh. I wish I took a before-and-after photo because the results honestly shocked me.
I will absolutely be coming to Barn again for all my car cleaning needs. Thank you, Billy & Barn!
a month agoBeen a customer for a number of years, always have liked their options on the car wash menu, have used their different locations & been pleased with the results.
Billy at the Saugus location was very helpful, giving tips for how to take care of surface paint issues. Will definitely come back & see him for some detail work. Very appreciative of his input & efforts.9 months agoLove their touchless wash. Car always shines. Not the best dryer i would say but i recommend people to wipe their cars afterwards.
Price a bit steep though but still i pay for their quality. First time i visited, i needed some help regarding their service and the gentleman there kindly guided me. Since then i have been a repeat customer.a year agoBill has serviced all of my vehicles and has gotten stains and smells out that I couldn’t! Kids are so wonderful!! ????Their rates are UNBELIEVABLE. I’ve had a clay bar done, ceramic coating, polishing, shampooing, you name it… I REFUSE to go anywhere else… They really are TOP NOTCH!!! you WILL NOT be disappointed!! I PROMISE!!!!!3 years agoThe only thing I would say I didn’t like.. It didn’t really hit/wash the front grill and lower bumper. I would have given 5 stars. I’ve brought (2) vehicles thru in the past week and both had that problem. Other than that I thought the price was pretty good and the guys were nice. I’ll try again I’m sure.

Located on the southbound expressway you can get a pretty cheap wash if you can spot the name of the service with the small font surrounded by the upswells. Swing around then and use the free vacuums or pay a bit more for the all you need monthly service. A good value in my opinion.
I like this place a lot. It can be a little busy at times but that’s because it’s a great place to wash your car. The machines always work, it’s clean, it’s organized. One of the best and most consistent carwashes I’ve been too.
They do a great job cleaning. Although, they could do a better job hand drying. The people don’t care about drying it. They leave smudge marks. Also, they use wet rag to go over the cars
