a month agoI have been coming to this location for years. You recently changed to a drive thru facility and the service is unacceptable. They put the wrong oil in my truck and though changed it and put the correct oil in, the Manager Gabriel, refused to give me a refund. I spent $87.98 on an oil change that could have damaged my vehicle. I expect exceptional service if I’m paying nearly $90. The oil cap even states 5W30 and the manager continued to argue with me that the right oil was put in even though the receipt says 5W20. How can someone continue to argue when the receipt says he’s wrong! And then had the audacity to tell me not to be so emotional. When I told him i was going to contact corporate, proceeded to mumble “Corporate can’t help you here”. This who you hire to manage your facility and work on vehicles worth $50k+ vehicle and I’m not supposed to get emotional?6 months agoStopped into have my car washed with the pull through. First time stopping in and the car wash ended up pushing my car into the vehicle in front of me, causing damages to the grille on my car. Asked for some reimbursement for the damages and was ignored for 2 weeks before being told they will not be providing compensation. This is an extremely poor example of a business. I will definitely not be recommending this place to any of my friends or any of my customers. Do your selves a favor and find another place with better business practices.
(Side note)the wash was less than adequate.5 months agoI love this place and highly recommend it! I’ve been going there for my oil changes for a few years now. They are quick, clean, professional && always very friendly! They are great with answering any questions, and they never try to push extra stuff to be done to your car just so they can charge extra money, (like a lot of other oil change places). && A lot of the times they have some sort of deal going on. && You don’t even have to get out of your car which is a plus! Also you get a free carwash when you get an oil change!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!3 weeks agoI went in this morning to vacuum out the family car. I grabbed a hand full of quarters and put them in the vacuum. It turned on but no suction. While it was running I walked over to the car wash and told the attendant. I was told they would get manager. I then moved and tried a different vacuum. It worked well and I vacuumed all three rows of my land Rover. 30 minutes later as I’m trying to pull away I’m assuming a manager comes over. Instead of giving me a refund and letting me leave he went to the vacuum and attempted but failed to get it open. Not planing on waiting any longer I left. Just keep in mind that they never placed an out of order sign on the dead vacuum. As I was leaving I was told it’s been down before and they just left it.4 months agoHad gone in for. car wash and interior detail. It was not expensive. The staff was cordial but above all my car was cleaned very well. I would recommend anyone to try them out. In fact i plan to visit them periodically

3 months agoJust had my BMW M3 detailed! They did an awesome job on the exterior. The black really pops now! Removed some deep scratches and made the color pop! Really glad to have found this detail shop! Chris is really friendly and accommodating. Doesn’t sell on things that aren’t necessary. Straight shooter. I’ll be back again before the fall!a month agoWe brought in my son’s car in because the interior was very dirty and needed some serious help. Devin and Ojani did an awesome job thoroughly cleaning the interior. It looks and smells like new. They were great to deal with and communicated very proactively. Purchased a gift certificate during a discount promotion for the holidays based on a previous detailing a few months before. The value was ok but not worth full price. I scheduled for another detailing and noticed the certificate had expired the previous business day. I upgraded my service as a courtesy which was an additional $100. When I contacted the owner, he stated I would get my purchase price back, a total of $210 which he honored, however, when I asked about the additional value (having used my original purchase for 90 days) he promptly responded it had expired. When I asked for reconsideration, “crickets”. Speaks volumes about the character of the ownership on customer service. I was open to some type of compensation on a future service, which will not occur. I’ve had much better detailing at similar pricing before, glad there’s more than one game in town!2 years agoWe have been using Wicked Clean Cah for 5 years now. Chris and his team are true car fanatics, and their attention to detail is second to none. We have visited their shop in Amherst, NH, had service in Bedford, NH, at our office in Nashua, NH, and our home in Windham, NH. Chris and his team arrive on time, and fully stocked to complete the services without disturbing your home or office. They bring their own supplies, and equipment, and are very delicate with your automobiles. We have been on scheduled maintenance with Chris, and have opened the garage remotely. He and his team are very trustworthy. He performs an amazing detail, and does not need to be watched over. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any of your detailing needs. You will not find a better detailing team in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.

This place lost my vehicle registration. And of course denied the whole thing, not only that but when I called to ask about it the people there were rude. I would not recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service and no professionalism at all. No respect for veterans or law enforcement at all.

No waiting, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Took my wife’s car here and about a month later she got a alert that her oil was low. Took it to the dealership and they said that whoever did the oil change did not tighten the filter and it leaked oil all over the underside of the car. This could have destroyed the engine or put my family in danger. I would not recommend going here at all.
The staff is always friendly and nice! What I can’t stand is the consistent up sell! Not once have I gone there and not gotten the upsell pitch! Today was no different however the hispanic buddy before me nothing! It’s to the point I will do my own oil changes just so I don’t have to hear the BS. Today they wanted an extra $240 after spending $124 on an oil change that would cost $50 in materials. I understand your running a business but my actual mechanic doesn’t charge that much for an oil change and they do not attempt the upsell! Any one can say and create fear in the unknowing but really! Why do you feel the need to be dishonest. BTW the services they said I needed were done 6 months ago! Please do better!
Scamed me out of 50.00 saying i need a ball joint replacement, so i took it too another certified mechanic he told me it was absolutely nothing wrong with my joints and issued a inspection sticker. The day before i witness doing the same thing to some elders that i believed they scammed too, smh! Also your mechanic never called me bk as he said he would. I’m 50 years old and have no reason to lie or make a false claim. As for staying calm i watch u guys all the way thru the process and i knew something was wrong the way yall were looking bk at me i stayed outside the whole way through chk ur cameras .
