4 months agoI won’t get my car washed here again. Today was my first visit and while the employee was very friendly, the wash was awful. It is still dirty and even though it was a base wash ($10) I have gotten $10 washes at other places and my car gets much cleaner. I noticed it’s an extremely quick wash as compared to other places so I think that is the problem.a month ago**edit** I got a super fast call from Jesse within an hour of my message and review. 4 weeks agoCost per minute seem to keep going up. It was a great local car wash when it was affordable but now it seems like you end up paying $10 to do a thorough wash. Might as well go to one of the bigger chains.a month agoThey recently have taken out the bill exchange machine so now you can wash your vehicles if you have a credit or debit card. That was a HUGE bummer to me being I do not own any plastic! – (credit/debit cards)

It was great let you clean your car while not having to run around like a chicken with your head cut off. But they changed it and I’m disappointed. Now it’s just like any other crummy place. They are really nice and the vacuums work fine most of the time. Car wash is decent enough but I only go there due to lack of options. Their dryers absolutely suck. They don’t work at all.
I had my windshield wiper snap in the car wash. I submitted a claim with their team and was told someone would reach out with a few days and reimburse me for the replacement. Weeks later and I’ve tried calling the manager and also responding via email. No response after multiple inquiries.
$22? For this? Btw I cleaned only the right side of the Honda emblem with a rag.
I washed my car here, and I found big scratches on the car because of the dirt brush, maybe it had stones or mud in it, I made a report and they didn’t respond for a whole week, I went and talked to a General Manager and with all his insolence he answers these scratches not from us and says maybe you put something on your car that caused scratches happen And for a lot of small scratches, I tell him about it. He says, “I don’t see something. How do you hire a General Manager who doesn’t see well? He has to check his eyes. and I have a 4 year subscription with them. This is a scam I do not advise anyone to wash their car with them. Your car is not cheap.
My nieces and nephews apparently had never been through an automatic car wash.
