5 months agoThese guys crushed it. 22° outside and 600+ miles of winter road grime and ice. They knocked it out super fast. Since time is money, it was well worth it. Quality of the wash surpassed my expectations considering how quickly they got me deiced, cleaned and back on the road. They did 2 hours of work on 20 min. Zero wait (it was 9pm on a Sunday though). Staff was very friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be back here.4 months agoThey said, they take care Customers. All Blue Beacon they just want easy money. They never clean the Truck and Trailer. In 25minutes they took my money $166 that’s easy money. I want another franchise company come and bet this Blue Beacon. We have no choice. Take over all businesses. They left my hood latched open too. Almost broke it . They said they clean my trailer with acid but my trailer is not clean . All are dirtya week agoThis is definitely one of the best BB’s in the country and I’ve been to many.

I would say it’s my fault for not checking the quality but I really shouldn’t have to .I went back and Quinton thoroughly fixed all the missed spots ,thanks bud2 months agoI’ve always enjoyed the people here, very friendly and they always seem to somehow take their time and get ya done in a timely manner. Sure they miss spots but it’s a 75 foot piece of machinery they’re cleaning in 15-20 min…….always done right by me!

The vehicles are placed a little too close.
The personnel are great. The greeting is always with a smile and pleasant conversation and careful guidance.
Get your car wash with a bubble bath. Love the fresh scent.3 weeks agoOf the three breeze thrus in Cheyenne, this one is the easiest to get to the vacuums. Rewashes are easy as well. However, if you just wash and go there is a dumpster obscuring the view of traffic coming in from pershing. It’s a great place to get you car washed, just be careful leaving.4 months agoGreat customer service. I had a bunch of pine needles in the back of my truck and they got blown all over my truck after the wash. I should have swept them out before. But the attendant sent me through again free of charge and even upgraded me. It made a very good impression on me.2 months agoLooking for a job? Don’t look here. Great pay, but it’s baloney to think that you’ll get a job if all they want is a continuous smile. I got denied and was never told why. I was willing to do anything but perhaps look fat and be neurodivergent is not on their list. I’ve gone through here before, I haven’t seen anyone smile when they guide me in.a month agoIts a car wash. I would not recommend signing up for the unlimited washes, it’s super aggressive with resubmitting the payment, if one fails it will resubmit to your bank daily, and its complicated to adjust your plan online.

I was excited when the car wash reopened after getting upgrades to their drive through washing equipment. I have a monthly pass and was happy to be able to go back to my regular location. The first time through the “new wash” my 2 door Jeep Wrangler suffered some very unfortunate damage!! The car wash seemed to be moving a little too fast, and somewhat out of control, while we were being pulled through and as a result the brushes tore off my antenna and the housing for it and it literally shattered the back passenger window! The attendants had to stop the machines and have me drive through without finishing the wash. To say that I was devastated, would be putting it mildly. Once parked in the vacuum bay, one of the workers/supervisors, Clay, came out to speak with me and my husband and to file an incident report. Clay is the absolute nicest young man and was extremely helpful, caring and professional through the process even though it was evident that the poor kid was a little stressed and concerned about what had happened.
I received a call two days later from the manager of the location, Alex. The very first thing that he asked me when he called was weather or not everyone that was in the Jeep that day was doing ok and if anyone was injured. That, in and of itself, showed impeccable customer service! He then advised me that it was clear to see on their surveillance cameras that the wash was way too aggressive and was absolutely at fault for the damages to my vehicle. He proceeded to let me know that the company would take care of any and all costs of the repairs at the body shop of my choosing. The only delay in getting the repairs was that the body shop was a busy place and had to schedule me a couple of weeks out. As the repairs were completed, Alex worked directly with the body shop regarding payment and I had not one out of pocket cost.
This was an unfortunate mishap that I don’t believe is a common occurrence and yet both Clay and Alex handled everything with the utmost respect, care and courtesy and they also ensured that everything was done quickly and correctly!
I have since “Breezed Thru” the wash at least weekly if not more often and have had absolutely no further problems. Every time either Clay or Alex are there when I drive thru they take the time to say hello and see how everything is going and I love being considered a “regular”! I HIGHLY recommend this car wash and will be a customer for life!
The young man assisted us in our purchase of the monthly special. We decided to try it, since we have to be in town 2 times a week. Living on a dirt road in the country can definitely make your car a dusty muddy mess.
I so appreciated his information and assistance. He was very nice. He and another young man were the only 2 working at the time.
Went here today to finally get my car washed. Wish I got the name of the person that helped me get a membership today to get my car washed when ever I need to. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get it today after I had told him the site wasn’t really giving me any sort of validation for me to know if I had it set up my account or not but he was able to help make it so much simpler for me to get my account set-up. Definitely will be back at this location again the respect and customer service at this location was definitely better then what I expected!
Raised my monthly account from basic $12 to deluxe $15, no notice. Called and was told “they tried to send out emails” that they got rid of their basic wash, and that their service was subject to change. Unfortunately my choice of car washes is also subject to change.
Great place to get your car washed. Signed up for unlimited plan which makes it a real bargain. The wash process is highly organized and quick. Did a good job on our car.
