2 weeks agoTried a different Pelican Point Car Wash due to the renovation on David Drive until mid August. Was short $2.00 from the automotive machine. Immediate restitution was made to clear up the shortage. Will return in the near futute.a month agoHad the best experience as usual. It’s only because of one man, he always helps me and my grandfather every time we go. He always seems to be the only one actually working too. I wish I could remember his name, but he has a blonde full beard and is kinda tall. I believe it’s Robert but I could be wrong. Anyways we both go often as it’s close to our home and every time we need anything he helps and is sweet. I’m kind of disappointed in the other staff though, why would you run a car wash with two people?! He makes it work but you can tell he’s doing everything! As a customer this is upsetting. I told him whoever his boss is needs to give him a raise cause he does more than any of the other “managers” I’ve seen there. We will continue going because of this man. You other guys need to stop being lazy and do better so this poor man can stop running circles around y’all when it’s 100 degrees outside!3 months agoMy wife and I have brought our cars here since 2013 and get a wash 2 to 3 times a week. It was good the first few years but the washes had a bad odor. They fixed that a couple of years ago and recently updated the bays with a nice look and better vacuum hoses. I love coming here. It is always fast.7 months agoBest deal in the city. Prices have stayed the same as pre-pandemic rates. Staff is friendly. They have free glass and interior cleaning spray. Highly recommend.7 months agoGood service from staff. Love the ability to drive through for a quick wash of the outside of the car or when I have time, pull into the self-cleaning area to vacuum and wipe down the interior.

5 months agoGreat car wash! Smells so good in car when you go through it! Colorful lights too! The vacuums suck hard too! Love this place. Has special promotions too like buy one get one frees and free air fresheners sometimes.a year agoThe vacuums have such powerful sections at first I was sucking up everything insight, even my clothes…lol. The attendant working there was very nice. It cost me $15 for a wash and wax. The wash was okay but I remember for my a $10 wash/wax about 2 years ago it seemed like I was got a cleaner car.2 years agoCustomer service is great and so are the car washes! I come here often to get a car wash and on mondays they have BOGO car washes. They give you the receipt after you pay and you have I think 2 weeks to come back and get the free one which is awesome. The vacuums work great and they have plenty and they give you a free towel????2 months agoChanged my 3 stars to 5 stars. Now you don’t have to wait for the person beside you to finish vacuuming. See photo5 years agoI like that the vacuums are super good but I do wish that they had a flat vacuum for making it easier to do carpets in the car and not just a long skinny one that can fit in crevices. I don’t find that it cleans the wheels very well and when you get tire shine it spatters it all over my running boards and I’ve never had that happen anywheres else before in an automatic car wash I do like that you can get the monthly special where you can get your car washed as many times as you’d like but they said if you were a Lyft or Uber driver then you can only get 10 washes a month which didn’t feel unlimited to me but I can’t recall ever being turned away not sure if I ever did more than 10 washes a month anyways I just thought unlimited is unlimited how are you going to tell one person with a car that they can have unlimited and then another person that they can’t because of their job. I also wish that they had Spot free rents I’m not a fan of getting out and drying the car off because I can’t reach a lot of spots there’s always a spot where there’s dried up water residue that I can’t reach in the middle of my front windshield

You gotta love it when the carwash actually has thick soap. This place never disappoints and always leaves my car looking fantastic.
They don’t have anything fancy linda floor mat cleaning area and the vacuums aren’t that great. I wanted to quickly vacuum my car out but that took me an hour easy so won’t be there again!! However wash bay is great!!
My favorite place to go to wash my car, great accomodations for when you really wanna deep clean your vehicle. Including a way to wash and shampoo your removable carpets. Vehicle wipes and air fresheners. It had been a while since I had been but now they even offer you some all purpose cleaner with microfiber cloths to clean the inside of your vehicle, 2hich is great if you have leather interior ‼️It 2as great for cleaning my doors, seats and dash ‼️ Was able to have my vehicle looking like new again ‼️
Had a coupon, former wife vehicle had not been wash & tires cleaned in 2 years. She was very excited to see her new car. Will return to wash and wax my car soon.
Everything was fine except for the vacuum suction…it use to be powerful and cleaned really well. But it barely stayed to my hand when putting my hand to feel.
